We had a wonderful time staying at this location! It was the perfect amount of space with a fully stocked kitchen. We were able a walk to many sites and enjoyed how clean the home was. Stay was great. The apartment I stayed in was very spacious. Bed is comfy and the kitchen is fully equipped. Terrace is nice especially in the morning when sun is rising. Overall, apartment was clean but it had traces of wear (especially walls which were having luggage marks on them from other guests).

I had a wonderful time at Marion's apartment! The place was not only sparkling clean, but also very tastefully decorated – you immediately feel at home. Marion was an incredibly friendly and attentive host. The location of the apartment was perfect: quiet but still very central, so you could easily reach many attractions. Mariana's place was pretty, cozy and super clean. Located in the quiet Hietzing district, 15 minutes to the Schonbrunn palace and approx. 25 minutes to the city centre by car. Getting around was easy both by car and bus/tram. In the house, there was everything one could wish for. We loved the bedlinen. Thank you Mariana!

We stayed at the place as a group of three and found it perfect for a group - in our case, everyone even had their own room! If you want to cook 'at home', you also have a super equipped kitchen and especially in warm weather you are very cozy in the yard. Only in bad weather I could imagine that a cozy living room is missing (sofa is on the edge in the kitchen). Otherwise everything is fine!

The house and surroundings are very nice. You have everything you need and above all tranquility. Communication with Martin went smoothly. We had a lovely and relaxing weekend with friends. Would have easily endured a few days longer.

Great place to stay near Belvedere Castle. Great access from the train station. In the immediate vicinity is a supermarket, a drugstore and a bakery. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious. Marianna was always easily accessible and explained everything to us at the key handover. It was a great short stay in Vienna.

I had a fantastic stay at Sebastien’s place! From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Our stay in the beautiful Waldheimat left nothing to be desired! - Our whole family had an unforgettable time there and we really didn't miss anything! - The house was just perfect for us and our children in its layout and spaciousness! - A big plus goes to the rustic coziness & cleanliness of the house! (We were particularly impressed by the playroom and it was a very big highlight for young and old :)) We will definitely be back and will always remember this unforgettable weekend at the Semmering!

Katja’s apartment is lovely. It’s a perfect base for exploring Vienna. It is very close to the main railway station (15 minutes walk) and close to the tube station for easy access to everything! Katja is very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend her apartment!
