The apartment near the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Bauhaus Dessau" is located in a very central location on the short route between Dessau's main train station and the Bauhaus, opposite the Anhalt University of Applied Sciences. The distances to the city centre and many attractions are short and can be covered on foot. In the immediate vicinity, there are numerous amenities such as a bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, organic store, and restaurants. There are four apartments and two medical practices in the building, with a parking lot behind it that is locked at night.
