Welcome to the heart of Allgäu! Our newly furnished ground floor apartment (70 m²) for 1-4 people is quietly located on a hill with a fantastic view over Wiggensbach and the mountains. Ideal for you. At the Hotel MÄSERS Allgäuherz, 1.4 km away, you can have breakfast, eat in the restaurant or use the sauna. In the village you will find restaurants, shops, an organic cheese dairy, coffee roastery, an outdoor swimming pool and much more. The city of Kempten, with its culture and shopping, is only 8 km away.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

From this centrally located accommodation, you are in no time at all important places. Within a three-minute walk you can reach a supermarket, the bakery, the butcher, the pharmacy and a great restaurant with beer garden. The town of Kempten can be reached in five minutes by car, a bus stop is within sight of the house. The apartment (90 sqm) is located on the first floor, is very bright and spacious. The terrace (5x3m) has a view of a fauna flora habitat.
