This is beautiful to see via many cycling and hiking trails. The forest is within walking distance, the Kortenhoefse and Loosdrechtse lakes are nearby. The house has room for 6 adults and 2 children, surrounded by spacious child-friendly garden (+play equipment and swimming pool in summer) Bike: 10 min in Hsum, car 20/30 min Utrecht/Adam.

The Drechthuisje is only a half hour drive away from Amsterdam or Utrecht at the Loosdrechtse Plassen. This cottage is built sustainably with a lot of light and contemporary decor. Upon entering the gate, you will find a landscaped garden with terraces and all amenities are available for a relaxing stay. Beautiful, modern and cozy family house close to Amsterdam. Situated in front of river 'de Vecht'. There is a jetty in front of the house, so you can easily make a swim or sup. A perfect spot to enjoy a holiday feeling. We are surrounded by fields, lakes and small beaches. Our house is located in a nature reserve where you can make beautiful hikes and cycling trips and super close to Amsterdam & Utrecht ( 20 min). In the garden you'll find a nice terrace, trampoline and a veggie garden.

Beautiful detached bungalow, with spacious bedroom and bathroom together. In the living room there are windows/ doors on all sides that come out on the terrace. there is underfloor heating but also a large fireplace/wood stove, the kitchen is equipped with luxury equipment. Behind the meadow from which you can come to the dike via a walkway for a nice walk or a kayak trip. In this area Amsterdam is 10 km, also accessible by bicycle. the picturesque villages Laren and Naarden at 10 km.

Discover adventurous outdoor living in this oasis of tranquillity by the water! Only accessible by boat and boat is included (see photo), We always check you in personally and sail our own boat with you from the car park to the cottage in 5 minutes. Where we then explain a few things about the cottage and its surroundings. We are also at your disposal with a fast boat in case of emergencies. We ask an extra deposit for the boat of € 500,- because Airbnb does not insure it.

Beautiful apartment in beautiful place on water.

Beautiful holiday stay in a brilliant location on the water, and yet only 15 minutes from Amsterdam. It is part of our own home, but is a self-contained residential unit, has beautiful views both on the water, and back of garden. It is located on a very quiet road that has about 20 other detached houses. The river the Vecht is wonderful for swimming, clean clear water, and of course for boating. There is a small rowing boat and 2 canoes.

Feel welcome! Behind our house is De Schuur, a romantic, cozy and unique guest house, equipped with every comfort so that you can relax and enjoy yourself. Enjoy the Jacuzzi and sauna on the veranda. There is a gas BBQ and a lovely outdoor fireplace. (BBQ and outdoor fireplace for a fee) The bakery with fresh rolls is within walking distance. Sypesteyn Castle is across the road.
