Beautiful, modern and cozy family house close to Amsterdam. Situated in front of river 'de Vecht'. There is a jetty in front of the house, so you can easily make a swim or sup. A perfect spot to enjoy a holiday feeling. We are surrounded by fields, lakes and small beaches. Our house is located in a nature reserve where you can make beautiful hikes and cycling trips and super close to Amsterdam & Utrecht ( 20 min). In the garden you'll find a nice terrace, trampoline and a veggie garden.

Amazing Family Lake House

Our amazing Dutch lake house in a quiet village 15 km from Amsterdam is perfectly placed for a city meets nature stay, with a great garden overlooking the water and plenty to appeal to traveling families. It’s a relaxing place to stay – swim, sup, sail directly from the garden – with the cities Amsterdam and Utrecht just around the corner. The lake can be explored by boat, taking you to small beaches, while the village and neighborhood can be explored by (e-)bikes provided by the owner.

Bungalow, 15 km from Amsterdam, in the nature.

Beautiful detached bungalow, with spacious bedroom and bathroom together. In the living room there are windows/ doors on all sides that come out on the terrace. there is underfloor heating but also a large fireplace/wood stove, the kitchen is equipped with luxury equipment. Behind the meadow from which you can come to the dike via a walkway for a nice walk or a kayak trip. In this area Amsterdam is 10 km, also accessible by bicycle. the picturesque villages Laren and Naarden at 10 km.

The house has space for 6 adults and 2 children, surrounded by spacious child-friendly garden (+play attributes and swimming pool in summer) Bike: 10 min in hsum, car 20/30 min utrecht/adam.

Bohemian : include boat, supboards and pool

Discover adventurous outdoor living in this oasis of tranquillity by the water! Only accessible by boat and boat is included (see photo), We always check you in personally and sail our own boat with you from the car park to the cottage in 5 minutes. Where we then explain a few things about the cottage and its surroundings. We are also at your disposal with a fast boat in case of emergencies. We ask an extra deposit for the boat of € 500,- because Airbnb does not insure it.

Feel welcome! Behind our house is De Schuur, a romantic, cozy and unique guest house, equipped with every comfort so that you can unwind and you can turn on your enjoy mode. Enjoy the Jacuzzi and sauna on the porch. There is a gas BBQ and a lovely outdoor fireplace. ( BBQ and outdoor fireplace for a fee ) The bakery with fresh sandwiches is within easy reach. Sypesteyn Castle is across the road. Amsterdam and Utrecht +/-20 min.

Located on the border between Loosdrecht and Hilversum you get to enjoy a lovely cabin in the green foresty area. the place is perfect for a family holiday, a couple's romantic getaway or a friends weekend in nature. The house is designed perfectly with big windows that brings all the green feeling inside and allow you to enjoy and relax in nature.
