Het gastenverblijf bestaat uit één grote ruimte (met CV), met een zit- en eethoek, een keukenblokje (koelkast, 2-pits inductie kookplaat, combi-magnetron, koffiezetter, keukengerei) en een 2-persoon boxspring .
