Hi, Welcome to Raccoon Retreat! This is a house that you will be able to come to unplug, unwind and reconnect with family, friends and all of what nature has to offer. The home is located within the ‪Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area‬. Here you will have the opportunity to take advantage of hiking trails, waterfalls, swimming, zip lining, fishing, horseback riding, canoeing and kayaking, as well as skiing or snowtubing during the snowy season. Though you get to experience nature here, you are only a short drive away from restaurants, casino, shopping and also water parks. The entire home is all yours! Our three story home sits on a one acre wooded lot. In the event you are just wanting to get away to hunker down here, we have designed the space to feel cozy and warm. The Still Life Studio- Centrally located Oasis

The Still Life Studio is an Exquisite dream. The studio is one open floor plan with two steps up into the bedrm/ living rm. The space boasts a full size pool table, two-person sauna, darts, massage chair, huge DVD collection, smart Roku TV, and a library collection throughout. The building dates to the 1870s and is on the historic registry. However, the Studio space is beautifully decorated in a modern motif with one of a kind art throughout. Fully stocked kitchen and bath. * No cleaning fee 😁

*Winter bookings must have 4 Wheel or AWD Vehicle. This one-of-a-kind cabin borders the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. Hike right behind the cabin, through the woods, to Dingmans Creek. A short hike upstream leads to George W. Childs Park with 3 tumbling waterfalls, a rustic trail system, and observation decks. A longer hike downstream will bring you to Dingmans Falls. DWGNRA offers swimming, fishing, hiking, biking, canoeing, and kayaking, all within minutes of the cabin.

The Cabin at Pleasant Valley Farm

The cabin is located on a dirt road on our farm with a beautiful pond and an amazing view! This off-grid, cabin has two queen beds (100% cotton sheets), a mini-kitchen with a battery-ignition gas range, solar powered refrigerator, solar lighting, a wood stove, an outdoor shower, a fire pit, and an old-fashioned outhouse. An expansive porch and dock provide comfortable outdoor living. A seasonal favorite, the cabin is available May-Oct.

1930's cottage with spectacular views. Fully stocked and situated on a stretch of Upper Delaware river rapids near Narrowsburg, NY. Heat/AC system, fireplace, solo stove, barbecue and porch. There are 7 acres with river views and access . River is a couple hundred yards from cottage, lots of lawn, hammock, kayaking, lawn games, board games, hiking, fire pits, lots to do or just relax.

The Cottage at Bluestone Falls

We call this The Cottage. It is one of three guest houses on 16 park-like acres, nestled into the woods, running along the scenic Bushkill Creek in the NE tip of the Poconos, near the Delaware River. All 3 houses are set quite far apart on the property and offer the perfect amount of privacy.

This 3 bedroom house is great for anybody that wants to relax and have a good time, due to the many attractions close by. The house is 2 stories, the first floor has the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms. The second floor had the master bedroom including a master bathroom.
