House on the lake (4/4), summer dream with enjoyment & nature

The house on the lake, my personal life dream. But too big to use it alone. Away from mass tourism in the middle of the mountains, directly on the lake in the middle of forests. In and around the house everything is very generous for people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to barbecue/fire places, sauna, our own jetty, beanbags and garden swings, rowing boat, SUP and garden hut ("Villa Seen-Sucht"), our guests can use everything...so it's more fun for all of us. A special place!

Take a break from the stress of everyday life and relax. Surrounded by forest and meadows, the log cabin is cozy on the edge of the forest, 20 minutes from Graz. This secluded location, this small, cozy paradise on the edge of the forest, is just the right place for you to rest and relax. In our "wooden hut", you will live on the cozy ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, wood-burning stoves and a comfortable bedroom. There is a sofa bed in the living room for 2 additional guests.

This modern apartment lays on the magical altitude of 1111m and can accomodate 3 adults. It has a wonderful mountain view you can enjoy while relaxing on a roof covered terrace. It offers a private hot tub and sauna. Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, toaster, refridgerator, toaster and even utensils for you to get creative with cooking. Interior is decorated with Swiss pine wood. There is a parkig space before the apartment and Wifi is availabe throughout the property.

The Koralpenchalet Sun, forest, nature!

Located at about 900 m above sea level above the cloud line is the Koralpenchalet in the picturesque village of Trahütten. Look directly at the Koralpe from the large terrace and enjoy the fresh forest air. The wooden chalet offers everything the vacationer's heart desires. Two rooms, each with a double bed and a sofa bed, can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. After an eventful day of hiking, you can relax in the barrel sauna or the wooden bathtub.
