Cozy apartment since September 2017 in a very quietly located former farmhouse on the edge of the forest. If you are looking for hustle and bustle, you will not find it here. However, if you want to switch off and are looking for relaxation, you have come to the right place. Certified by the DTV with 3 stars. If desired, the refrigerator (for a fee) can be filled. In the garden there is a spacious garden house, which we also make available to our guests by arrangement.

Some of the furniture was made by a local carpenter. 4 adults can live here very comfortably. Winterberg town centre is only a 5-minute drive away and you can walk to the ski area. After a day on the hiking trails or the ski slopes, you can relax on the balcony, in the high-quality indoor pool or watch a film on Netflix.

In winter, you can relax in the sauna and hot tub in the evening after a day in the snow. For nature lovers, summer invites you to numerous hiking trails or to chill on the new sun deck with a cool bathing barrel. Our property is open , it is only bordered by plants!

Our swallow nest is right on the edge of the forest and you might think there is nothing else behind this house but trees and meadows. And that's right. Several kilometers of pure nature. Our property with just under 940 square meters is directly adjacent to the forest. Here you will find a lot of privacy, peace, relaxation and rest. One of the most beautiful spots on earth for us.
