The original homestead circa 1860 began its life as the towns doctors' residence. Fast forward to present day and you will find a charming old cottage with a modern extension that has been thoughtfully designed, surrounded by a peaceful garden setting. Conveniently located in the heart of McLaren Vale, we are only steps away from all that the region has to offer. Make yourself at home! Take a swim in the pool, cook a BBQ and enjoy a glass of wine under our 170 year old pepper tree.

Maunder Cottage Aldinga Township

We recognize the Kaurna people whose land holds our little cottage. Situated in Aldinga Township Maunder Cottage is a beautiful stone cottage that is self contained. It has one bedroom with Queen size bed. It has a fully renovated bathroom with a deep bath suitable for two people. The walls in the lounge room are made from limestone dug from the property. The building itself used to be the vets. We live in the house adjacent to the cottage. Our home was built in 1842.

Acorn Nook @ Lazy Ballerina - Rustic Eco Tiny Home

This tiny house, the Nook, is nestled under oak trees. A perfect stay during the local wedding season, or when you just want to get out and explore. It is one of the original stone homes of the area and enjoys stunning 360 degree views of picturesque Lenswood. There is no better place to relax: soak in the gorgeous claw-foot bath looking out to the stars, enjoy that glass of local red by the fire, or try out our apple crumble recipe in the vintage wood-fired Aga.

3 Peaks Haus

A comfy home located in historic and charming Willunga. It is a short 1 minute walk to High Street with cafes, local pubs, galleries, markets including the popular Willunga Farmer's Market. McLaren Vale wineries are nearby and beautiful beaches adorn our coast. 3 Peaks Haus is a recently built home. The large front yard and courtyard is surrounded by a beautiful garden that provides private sanctuary and local bird habitat.
