You get the WHOLE bunkhouse when renting. Please follow directions for location of bunkhouse and parking because the GPS won’t get you there. Small bunkhouse located on acres of ranchland. We are around 20 minutes from 95, with lots of room to relax. Join us at Cavvietta Quarter Horse & Cattle Co. Riding lessons available for additional fee! Want to bring a horse? Contact us about using our barn, arena, and more! We also have a small cabin available that sleeps two, if you have a smaller party.

Equipped with a nicely appointed kitchenette. Whether you are driving through I95 or need a place to stay while in town, this She Shed has it all for a comfy and peaceful stay.

Please be aware that we do have 2 dogs. They are very friendly and will sniff and whine when she meets you (see pictures). Very cozy and private space with a private entrance above the garage. Fully equipped gym in the garage. All appliances were purchased new as of 2021. Vinyl plank flooring installed 2021 as well. Recently repainted. Best part about this space is you get the country experience with 200 Mbps download speeds. If you need the air mattress let us know.
