This is a large beautiful second floor suite with a queen size bed that opens onto a huge veranda. The suite has a private entrance, bath and large sitting room. The home is located in historic Hayes Barton, close to downtown Raleigh and Glenwood South district. Hayes Barton is a safe, shady historic neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and breweries within walking distance. This is a 1-room studio near downtown Raleigh, close to many good eateries. We are set-up as a 2-nite short term business model, however if you would like to stay longer, we would charge an additional $50 per nite on top of the stated nightly fee. So if you booked 3-nites it would be that original nightly fee , that you paid and then an additional $50 for that additional nite. We can work this extra fee out at time of your booking or when arrival with Airbnb.
