Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Winnipeg

We had a long term stay at Jordan's place. He was extremely communicative and addressed any concerns we had. The home contains many belongings of the homeowners so there was a lot of stuff in the house but enough room was made for us to comfortably keep our belongings. There is no bathroom on the main floor and a lot of stairs but we knew this going in from previous reviews. The front porch was a nice extension to the house and you can't beat the neighbourhood. Jordan even went above and beyond to return items we had forgotten at the house.

Dominique called at 11:00am to check in. We discussed our planned arrival time, which was late at night (between 9-10pm). Dominique then said that she would leave all the lights on for us, so we didn’t have to arrive in the dark. The house was very easy to find, especially during the day because of the paintings on it! The bed options worked fantastic for our group (3 moms and a total of 6 kids ages 10-15)! We really enjoyed the ability to come back to the home and rest between the schedules. The kids absolutely loved the home space and feel. The crokinole board and the Boggle were well used. It was our first Air B’n’B experience for the whole group and it was exceptionally positive. Thank you!

It was a very wonderful stay, the place was beautiful and Gopher was a wonderful host! We will definitely be back! Everything was labeled and ready for us!

We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space and well equipped kitchen newly renovated. Bathrooms were also new and beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend!!

Great stay, well-equipped, good value. The only negative was the use of those plug in air fresheners and the whole house having an overwhelming smell. If you’re sensitive to smells ask for them to be unplugged prior to arrival.

Charlotte was very accommodating to what we needed. We had a few questions during our stay and she answered very quickly. The house was clean when we arrived and had everything we needed. Very beautiful home, would definitely stay there again.

This is a great house with lots of space . Loved all the bedrooms and bathrooms and with a big family it worked perfectly. Minimal furniture but beds were comfortable. Lots of towels and pillows . My only criticism which would make the house 5 stars all around is better blinds. The window coverings don’t block the sun so if you want to sleep in, that could be tough. I’d advise to get curtains. Amazing in the day to have all the natural light but not ideal in the early am. We loved the house , the neighborhood and it was very clean too! Thank you!

Very spacious and comfortable accommodation. Very much appreciated that we were allowed to bring our pets. Dallas was always very quick to respond.

Great location in South Winnipeg. Kiren was great and accommodating. We travelled with our pup and had access to the backyard for the dog. Basement suite is very roomy and has everything we needed. We will definitely stay with Kiren next time we’re in Winnipeg.

My 2 friends and I decided to escape For the weekend and decided on this air B&B, I have stayed in the glass house before but I think this space was the best space I have ever stayed in!! The host was always responsive if needed, the space was extremely clean and beautiful once we arrived! If you are coming to Winnipeg, and want to be downtown with a view, I recommend this host! Thank you for allowing us to stay!!

Really lovely place, old character home in a beautiful older neighborhood, felt like being at home. Joanna and Daniel were receptive, quick, and helpful. The apartment was cozy and homey, and given the age of the home, noise transference from upstairs was so minimal. So close to amazing restaurants and shops in Little Italy, ideal for a peaceful place to settle in after a long day of exploring the Peg. Great place to stay for a short stay or long stay.

The home was clean and tidy, cozy and beautiful. If we are to ever return to Winnipeg we would definitely see if this place is available.

Great space to stay in convenient and walkable location in Winnipeg. Very close to the Forks and other main attractions. The hosts were very responsive and help throughout the stay, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Would stay here again!

Julie’s place was wonderful! It was exactly what I needed for a few days stay in Winnipeg! So extremely close to the Canada Life Centre which is why I picked the location! Julie was so responsive and kind and I felt right at home in her place! Thanks again Julie!

My stay in this beautiful apartment was great as I was in the city to lay my late Oma to rest we (her ashes and I )spent the night here and wouldn’t have had a nicer place to stay . I m sure she would have approved aswell. I didn’t want to leave and would gladly stay here again. I could get used to having a place like this of my own someday and will be considering the decor and set up in renovating my own space where I call home . Thanks for the great experience Chris I really hope your next guest are good to you and the space you make available .

Wonderful place to stay for a short or long visit. Great location, along major highway however the place is very quiet even with the windows open. The place had everything we needed for our visit. The hosts were very responsive and provided clear instructions. Would definitely stay again.

Nice little place. Great communication. Easy to work with. I stayed for a month and it had all the essentials you would need.

Jarek’s place was a really nice space downtown. It was perfect for the week of activities we had at the RBC Convention Centre just 4 blocks away. The one evening some of us went to the Jets game (you can literally see the Canada Life Centre from the balcony - it is so close. This is the perfect location for hockey games and concerts). It is also one of very few places that have free parking in the downtown core. It’s a great deal when you consider the expense parking can be if you have a vehicle. Jarek was very responsive, his place was clean, and he was gracefully accommodating to us when we had some unforeseen vehicle issues on our last day.

We had such a great stay! Felt so at home, lots of cozy Blankets. Will definitely be back if we need a place to stay in Wpg!
