A two bedroom two bathroom on the South side of Grand Forks! This unit is complete with everything you need. Including bed linens, bath towels, dishware, basic cooking needs, laundry supplies, ironing board and iron, and a Whirlpool washer and dryer in the unit. The two bedroom escape includes 55" TV in the living room, 42" TV in the master bedroom, internet, and a patio facing the residential south side of Grand Forks. You are guaranteed a comfortable stay with central air and forced air heat.

My rates have stayed the same for the past 5 years. I will not raise them like hotels do during events. The Keeper's Inn! Downright neighborly! Conveniently located 1-bedroom duplex apartment in SoFo, (South Forks). Close to restaurants, grocery stores, wine and spirits, and shopping, you will need not venture far. A great place to stay for business, sporting events, concerts, visiting the family, or to simply recharge the batteries, you will find that The Keeper's Inn is SoFo Mojo!

An affordable and quick Uber drive to explore all that downtown Grand Forks has to offer! Easy drive/Uber to events at UND. Close to Lincoln Golf Course. In the summer months enjoy cooking on either the propane grill or Traeger pellet smoker located on the deck. Relax in the evening by turning on the propane fire pit, also located on the deck.
