Vacation rentals with a patio in Winston County

Our stay was great. The lake is beautiful. Plenty of parking. Condo was very clean. Owner was friendly and responsive and let us check in early, which made our timing much easier as we were trying to meet up with family in the area and needed to unload our car. Will definitely be back!

A quiet and peaceful location, within minutes of many choices of restaurants and shopping. Joan and Wayne are easy-going and very responsive to any questions or concerns.

We enjoyed our stay at Joan’s Air B&B. It was conveniently located with a charming and homey feeling. Joan welcomed us quickly and responded in a timely manner. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Cullman!!

Leigh Anne was an amazing host! She was quick to respond to questions and very accommodating. The delicious cinnamon rolls she left as a welcome gift were such a sweet treat! The home was even more beautiful than the pictures! Every room was gorgeous, cozy and felt so well thought out. We had our family Thanksgiving here and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed (pots,pans, cutting boards, knives, serving utensils etc). The property was breath taking. There were so many places to hike, fish, relax, play and soak it all in! It was an amazing trip (my sister got engaged on the trip so that was special too)!! We loved every minute and will definitely be back!

Pintail Point was exactly what our family was looking for when we decided we wanted to spend some time at Smith Lake. Great set up, beautiful views, fantastic dock, spacious house and property, all while being hosted by a great host who provided basket of snacks and bottles of water, having some paper products there already to make your stay easy to get started, some shampoos and conditioners, and plenty of nice plush towels. House is well stocked in kitchen and the 2 story dock has 4 kayaks, paddles, and life preservers. The multi layered decks have gas and charcoal grills plus a fire pit gas table is such a nice touch. We all hope to visit Pintail Point again in the future. It is a place that will be a great memory for our family. Special thank you to Josh. Private, secluded location right on Smith Lake in protected cove. Grandson caught a 2' catfish from the dock while we were there. Beautiful view of the lake from the living room. Easy, close access to the covered dock with paved stone path. Kitchen nicely stocked with essentials. Would rent from Margaux again.

#1 on our list of most comfortable and cozy homes we’ve stayed in. Beautiful surroundings, quiet and serene. Neighbors but with enough trees to ensure privacy. Host was very proactive and helpful. *caveat, there is no “close” grocery store, etc. so stop on your way in to get what you want. Easy access to water, fire pit was a hit with the s’mores crowd. We would definitely book again when called back to the area.

We had an absolutely perfect 3 days and nights at this beautiful lakeside retreat—even with the rain! The cozy, well-stocked home was the ideal setting for two sisters and our kids to relax, reconnect, and make unforgettable memories. The views of the lake were stunning, and we loved curling up inside with board games, switch games, and s’mores around the fire pit while it rained. The host thought of everything: from comfy beds and a fully equipped kitchen to thoughtful touches like extra blankets and plenty of games for the kids. When the rain let up, we explored the serene outdoor space and took in the fresh air and peaceful atmosphere. It was exactly the getaway we needed—quiet, clean, inviting, and filled with charm. Rain or shine, this place is magic. We can’t wait to come back!

Michelle was super responsive. We booked last minute and she went out of her way to decorate for Christmas even. House was amazing. Well stocked and felt very much at home. We enjoyed watching boats zoom by too. Thank you for a great stay!!!!
