The Oude Smederij is located in an agricultural area on the outskirts of the village of Arum (on the Elfsteden route) and is centrally located between Harlingen (on the Wadden Sea with ferry services to Vlieland and Terschelling), Franeker (Planetarium and Frisian Museum), Bolsward (Broerekerk) and Makkum, located on the IJsselmeer with boulevard and beach.

Within a 15-minute bike ride (bikes available for rent), you can be at Potten Beach or in the bustle of the city, while on your return, you'll once again enjoy the tranquillity of the Frisian countryside. The perfect combination of vibrancy and relaxation. The detached húske is stylishly and tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort.

Located directly on the water, there is every opportunity to rent boats, canoes, bicycles or a sup. The farm is located on the Zuiderzeepad and many bicycle junctions. The spacious apartment has 2 separate bedrooms for a total of 4 people. Optionally, a third bedroom/studio can be booked separately, only in combination with the apartment. De dubbele bedstee van 1.40 biedt ruimte voor 4 personen en er is een aparte masterbedroom met een Emmamatras. Er zijn dus 2 aparte slaapruimtes.

Deze ruime, vrijstaande bovenwoning heeft een beschut dakterras en een woonkamer met veel ramen welke uitzicht bieden op de beroemde Oldehove en de groene, waterrijke Prinsentuin. De ruime leefkeuken beschikt over alle faciliteiten om een heerlijke maaltijd te bereiden. De woning heeft 3 slaapkamers, een kinderbedje en kinderstoel, 3 toiletten, 2 badkamers. Een gratis parkeerplek buiten en een los bij te boeken inpandige garage.

Ideal for a holiday or home office use. Entrance, bathroom and toilet on the ground floor. Close to supermarket, the city centre, Harlingen beach and Vlieland & Terschelling ferry terminal. There is paid parking available in the street or at Spoorstraat parking (150 m). Indoor parking for bicycles available upon request.

Ga met de veerboot een dag naar Terschelling of Vlieland. Breng een bezoek aan de hoofdstad Leeuwarden of stap op de fiets en verken de omgeving.
