Shopping: 300 m; downtown: 20 min., 15 minutes to the train station, 35 km to Munich, 300 m to the Märchenwald, 400 m to the Isar. Dogs allowed.

Schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die Berge an den See nach München. Wunderbarer Erholungsort. Schlosspark und Badestrand sind in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar. Biergärten und Restaurants sind bequem ohne Auto zu erreichen.

The apartment is in a generally quiet location (depending on the time of day, it is possible to hear the noise from the street), 3rd floor without lift, with a large balcony on the edge of an industrial area.
