The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

Gemütlich ist es im MaiWa Haus im Sommer wie im Winter. Feuerschale/Kachelofen/Terrasse und Garten stehen zur freien Verfügung. EDEKA / Apotheke, Busstation 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Kino, Spielplätze, Eisdielen, Shoppingmöglichkeiten im Ort. Fragt uns gerne nach den zahlreichen Ausflugszielen an die Isar (ca. 10 Gehminuten), Starnberger See (ca. 15 Min mit dem Auto) oder Wandermöglichkeiten (in und um Wolfratshausen). Welcome to beautiful Upper Bavaria! Our newly built, modernly furnished solid wood house is in a quiet, sunny location in Bad Kohlgrub. The Hörnle cable car can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. The large terrace and a private garden invite you to linger. In the village itself there are shops, restaurants and cafes. Innsbruck, Munich and Augsburg can be reached in about an hour. We'd love to have you as our guests!

Gmaiserhof - detached vacation home/farmhouse

A complete farmhouse for you alone? Do you want to relax, enjoy peace and quiet and go hiking? Then the Bio-Gmaiserhof is just right for you! A historically renovated farmhouse in a unique "hut location" and yet easily accessible by public transport in Fischbachau for you all alone. Close to ski resort, lakes, mountains and alpine pastures. Fantastic view of the Wendelstein between Schliersee and Bayrischzell.

Cozy "suite" under the roof

We rent our spacious non-smoking guest room in the newly converted attic of our house, with anteroom, shower/toilet, cable TV, kitchenette (kettle), coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. We provide dishes, but there is no possibility to cook. Suitable for up to 4 adults. A crib is available on request. Shopping, Titania swimming pool and public transportation nearby.

Vacation in the Ammergau Alps

The tastefully furnished apartment is the ideal starting point for hikes on mountains, around lakes or simply leisurely walks through the beautiful landscape of the Ammergau Alps. Saulgrup has a train station, bus connection and supermarket and is therefore the perfect vacation spot even without a car.

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
