This is a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath guesthouse, centrally located in the beautiful Annapolis Valley. Greenwood Air Force Base is 15 minutes away. Wolfville and its vineyards are 30 minutes away. At the other end of the Valley is Annapolis Royal, the first European settlement in North America. Peggy's Cove, Lunenburg, Digby, and Yarmouth are an easy drive. Please note: we are semi-rural, with a restaurant and convenience store close by. Groceries and a liquor store are in Berwick, 10 km to the east.

You will have everything at your fingertips, including deeded access to a private beach, dock, and boat launch to use our 2 kayaks! The cottage is equipped with a lovely hot tub on the deck overlooking the property with two chair hammocks! Landscaped with a gorgeous fire pit area, another lounge hammock under the trees and a screened in gazebo.

This home is located in the heart of Wolfville walk to downtown restaurants theatres etc., enjoy the numerous hikes, trails, wineries, restaurants, culture and art that Wolfville has to offer. Visit Blomidon, hike Cape Split. 5000 ft.² of living space; a large lot but on a quiet street. If you require more space, please inquire about the carriage house that is on the property; 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1500 ft.

The Tide and Vine House

This home boasts expansive views of the Gaspereau Valley, Blomidon and Minas Basin with fabulous sunsets. Located in a remote location, but only a 5min drive to the town of Wolfville. Beautiful vineyards surround, as well as a variety of dining options. Within close proximity to beaches, trails, and Ski Martock. The upstairs bedrooms have a king size bed and the other a queen. A third bedroom downstairs has a queen bed, a full bathroom and a lounge area. Great for the whole family!
