Downstairs there is a sofa bed, upstairs there is an open space - 2 continental beds give exceptional sleeping comfort to both couples and people who want to sleep separately.

Take a bath in an open shower with a view! The kitchenette has utensils. There is a fridge, a coffee maker, and a supply of coffee beans, tea, and more. Built with ecological materials and with own hands, the house is located on the foothills of Giebułtów, from where there is a spectacular view of the Mirsk valley, Świeradów-Zdrój, and on clear days, Śnieżka. The facility has two separate rooms on the mezzanine, a bathroom, an open living room with a kitchen and a stove to warm up on colder days. We offer a wood-fired sauna on request, and a bonfire area (charged additionally). Guests have at their disposal peace and quiet ad libitum.

We warmly invite you to Bukolikowe Progi! We have a beautiful view of the mountains and plenty of walking trails in the heart of nature. There are 3 independent cottages on our property, and two of them can be rented. They are quite far apart, so they guarantee a fair amount of privacy. Each cottage offers accommodation for a maximum of 2 people. The cottages are fully equipped so you can cook in peace. We welcome you with your dogs, and we do not charge any fee for them.

POPIELATO - a small house (35 m²) with a hot tub for 4 people on the outskirts of the village of Grudza - 15 minutes from Świeradów Zdrój, 30 minutes from Szklarska Poręba. From here you have a fantastic panorama of the Sudeten Mountains. The house has two separate bedrooms (one on the mezzanine), kitchen, bathroom and living room. We have a fireplace and a hot tub accessible directly from the large terrace. Firewood is at your disposal free of charge.
