Apartment 2 `Am Speicher`

The cozy attic apartment consists of 1.5 rooms, hallway, kitchen and bathroom. The single beds are 1x2m and stand together in the living room as a double bed. They cannot be pushed apart. This living space also includes the dining area and the desk. The apartment is one of 2 apartments on the 1st floor with shared entrance with the permanent residents, but can be used completely independently. The residents of the house also include a dog, who does not have access to the apartments.

Apartment 2 on the Harz in beautiful nature

The apartment is on the upper floor of our vacation home, which was completed in the spring of 2020. The house is located on the outskirts of Bad Harzburg/Westerode district surrounded by fields and meadows overlooking the beautiful Harz Mountains. The transport connection is very good, so you can quickly reach the nearby cities such as Goslar, Wernigerode, Quedlinburg or Braunschweig by car or bus and train from Bad Harzburg. Shopping facilities are also available in the village.

Klein Elmau - The forest idyll in Elm

If Austria is too far for a short recharge of nature, tranquility and a log cabin atmosphere, our (fully fenced) Klein Elmau is waiting for you. A log cabin in the middle of the Elm nature reserve without street noise, but with a lot of forest, tranquility and romance. After a walk in the woods, you can snuggle up and warm up by the fireplace, in the bathtub or in the cozy wingback chair on the glass-roofed terrace, from which you have a panoramic view of the Elm.

Our 2-room apartment on the first floor with 55 m² is located in a quiet and central location in Wolfsburg. We have renovated it, fully furnished & lovingly equipped. There is a large double bed in the bedroom. Bus stop 202/218/222/262, Penny supermarket, restaurant and also fast food are within walking distance in just 1 minute. The city center of the beautiful city park and the outdoor pool of Wolfsburg are also nearby.

Apartment "Braunschweig"

The two-room apartment is located in a traditional half-timbered house about 10 minutes by car from Wolfsburg city center. It is located on the second floor and is reached via a staircase. The bathroom was modernized in 2020. Compact vehicles can be parked in the yard and larger ones on the street about 20-30 meters further. The washing machine & dryer in the laundry room can be used for a fee of €2.
