Vacation rentals with a patio in Woodland Park

This was an AMAZING place to stay for our weekend in Colorado Springs. The apartment was spotless, stocked with amenities, easy to find, & close to everything we wanted to do in the area. Beautiful mountain views from the hot tub!! The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Great location near Manitou Springs and Garden of the Gods. Lots of space too! Spotless kitchen, bathrooms, and bedroom. Brian was a great host! Would stay there again, 100%.

Excellent entertainment included with the convertible pool, air hockey and pool table. Cozy beds and couch. Highlight was the perfect water pressure and distribution of water from the shower, although a little tight for space. Overall, great place to stay!

Katie's place was very safe and comfortable. The house was exactly as described. It is older so the creaks were there. But it was the perfect spot to ring in the new year.

We walked into a beautiful place to stay that felt very welcoming. Our stay was for 30 days from late Jan. to Late Feb. We got a fantastic winter rate $$. The living room is cozy with a couch and an electric fireplace with a large tv. The kitchen is full size with assorted appliances to use. Loved the welcome basket and coffee. The booklet provided was great with all the local places to shop and eat. It also included all the instruction booklets for the appliances and heaters which came in handy. The bedroom is large and has the best most comfortable bed ever, with the best pillows and bedding. The bathroom is a game changer, with a full size walk in glass shower. The laundry room had a stackable washer and dryer, with a place to set your luggage and shelving galore. This place was well thought out. Loved the location being in a private area. We enjoyed going out each day and exploring the area. I would highly recommend staying here. This place is a lil hidden gem!

Beautiful views!! My family of four was comfortable here. Kitchen is well stocked and bathroom has plenty of towels. Easy access to Old Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs.

Perfect location to enjoy all the area has to offer. Everything seems to be within a 15 minute drive. Beautiful views. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Especially enjoyed the evenings sitting on the balcony. Kim was very responsive and friendly to questions. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent place to stay! Good location for walking downtown area and can catch the free shuttle that goes through town and to cog railroad/incline about a block away. The place is clean, spacious, and comfortable. Bunk beds in the 2nd bdrm which is great for families. Has one free parking spot too. Absolutely wonderful!!

Wendy’s home was even better than we anticipated. 2 living areas, 2 full bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and great views of the mountain. She was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again!

Can’t recommend this location enough if you are planning any outdoor activity on the mountain - literally across the street from the Cog, Barr Trail and the Incline, and walkable to everything downtown. The home was cozy and spacious, with all necessary amenities provided. We had the best girls weekend!

The home was beautiful with plenty of space and incredible with being allowed to have both my pups with us. We had a blast thanks to Chris giving us the opportunity to stay there with my 2 dogs. If I ever visit again with my dogs I hope I’m am lucky enough to come back! Couldn’t be happier with our visit!

My family and I had the best stay!! Angela was super helpful throughout the whole process, from booking to check out. The house was beautiful, clean, spacious and it had a magnificent view. Loved it!!

We stayed for one night 4 adults and a baby. It was great experience, we had everything we needed in the kitchen and in the bedrooms. There was even essentials in the bathroom. We definitely will come back! Thank you Gina❤️

The home was easy to find, absolutely spotless, had all the things we needed including cooking utensils and basic ingredients. The grill worked perfectly. The couches and beds were comfortable and clean. Communication was fantastic. 10/10 would recommend!!

They were clear in instructions, responsiveness, and description, and very friendly! The space itself felt larger in person than in the photos, and worked very well for sharing with another couple/our friends while on vacation. The kitchen was well stocked (lots of spices and definitely above average as far as Airbnb goes!), and the layout felt lovely.

My wife and I enjoyed our time at Emily’s home. We had no issues with our stay. The house was beautiful and the hot tub was hot. We had a couple of questions during our stay and Emily was extremely fast and polite with her responses.

The mountain views from the balcony were absolutely stunning—even better than the pictures! The place was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back.

The place was just as described and just perfect for visiting my grandsons in town. The master bed was comfortable and the sheets smelled so clean and fresh. There’s a park right behind the place and a grocery store beside it. It had all the amenities I needed to wash clothes and dishes and shower. It had trash bags and I loved the gas stove. If I had to come up with a complaint it would be that there is no water pressure for the master shower but I just chose to bathe instead of shower. Also it would be nice if there was a pizza pan for the oven. Oh and it took me a while to notice the oven was measuring in Celsius instead of Fahrenheit. But I will definitely stay again if it is available next time I am in town.

Pam was so sweet and friendly. She reached out to me the day before to welcome me and give me instructions. She made it easy to check in and reassured if I had any questions to just call her. Upon arrival she was doing laundry and welcomed us in. Her husband was also very kind and made sure our parking was accommodated since we had little ones. They were both so nice and made us feel comfortable. The location was also great. We loved seeing the deer cruise in by.

This would be my # 1 Airbnb in col springs to stay at for short or longer term stays. Such a cool place in nice neighborhood in the mountains. Close to Cheyenne state park and other trails. As for place itself, great kitchen area to cook/do remote work, stone shower that is very relaxing, bed was super comfy with nice pillows and I’m picky sleeper. Nice patio area, saw several deer during my stay and nice view of stars/moon/mountain. billiard table and nice home entertainment system with nice furniture. Jennifer was very friendly host with great local recommendations. Always responsive if I had any questions. Great quality and Value Airbnb!

Wow, this place was perfect! Seriously, if you're visiting Colorado Springs, you’ve gotta stay here. The location is awesome; right in downtown, so you can walk to great restaurants, shops, and all the fun stuff. Super convenient. The condo itself? So cute. I loved the Southwestern vibe! It felt warm and cozy the second I walked in. And the deck? Don’t even get me started. Sitting by the fire pit at night, looking at the stars with a drink in hand; it was honestly the best way to end the day. Zoey was amazing too. Super friendly, quick to respond, and she made sure everything was smooth from start to finish. If you’re thinking about booking, just do it. I’d come back here in a heartbeat!

Very peaceful with back porch and furniture to enjoy it. Saw plenty of deer throughout the week in the yard and neighborhood. Best part was seeing the bear and the cubs on during the week. Mark was very responsive and sent a message when he was back in town as well as checking in on how my race went. Had suggestions for things to do. Nice park about a 1/4 mile from house with plenty of trails to walk and run. House was clean on arrival and had everything described. With you in the basement, I would take the basement photo out; but it was clearly communicated that basement was occupied by you.

We loved our stay! The condo is so cute, and super efficiently laid out and organized. We had a girls’ trip to Co Springs to visit Pike’s Peak Cog Railway, Garden of the Gods, and Old Colorado City. It was perfectly located for all 3. It was safe, clean, and just great! Thank you, Zoey!
