It's the second time we've stayed at Rosebank. It's a perfect apartment - comfortable, spotlessly clean and really well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It's a beautiful place and feels like being in a boutique place - it's finished to such a high standard with beautiful furnishings. Josie is friendly, accommodating and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her place. It's well placed, a short walk from town and good restaurants and a lovely pub on your doorstep too. Will definitely be back.

I spent 3 months here after recently moving to the area. the place was a perfect base and I felt right at home. The apartment was bright and airy, the sunroom was perfect for working from home and very peaceful surrounded by the trees. The kitchen was perfect with an induction hob and full size fridge freezer which was ideal for a longer stay. I particularly loved the huge bed. the views out into the garden made it extra special. Sonia was a great host who was on hand at all times for any queries. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Cheltenham,walking distance to the centre of town. Well set out apartment,spacious and clutter free. Fantastic location. Can definitely recommend anyone wanting to be in the centre of the town.

Flat is as pictured, easy to find, and our family of four slept very well indeed. We only stayed for one night and did not use the kitchen. The showers were brilliant.

Fantastic place for our family, including our young daughter. The location was very central, and the apartment had everything needed for us (we stayed for a week). Absolutely no complaints and George was incredibly responsive throughout our stay for anything we needed.

Great flat and the feeling inside was great. Very functional space and with everything I needed to have a good time with my family. I recommend it!

The apartment was exactly as described, and was convenient for Marlow town and the amenities, Worked perfectly as a base for me whilst I was visiting friends and family. If you have a big car parking can be tight but it’s off road so useful,

This is our second time staying at this property and we loved it just as much as the first time; this time with the addition of my doggies! Perfect location for all our activities for the weekend and we had a lovely time. Brett left us chocolates/sweets on the pillows for us and even a bag of dog treats for the pooches! (Which they thoroughly enjoyed). Even on the weekend Brett still answered my messages which is so kind of him. The stair gate was perfect at keeping the dogs downstairs and the house was perfectly clean, tidy and has plenty of full cupboards and drawers in the kitchen ready for you if you need almost anything! Kindly also left us milk in the fridge and tea bags/coffee for us to use. Also let us use both car spaces outside of the property. Overall Brett is a great host and this is a great listing. In a huge rainstorm the house stayed perfectly warm and comfortable (and dry!). We will be hopefully coming back on future trips here.

lovely place, great base for walking. local shop (co-op) and pub both easily walkable. spacious lounge and a beautiful courtyard which, if the weather holds, is a fantastic place for a relaxed breakfast.

This was our second stay at Heathers comfortable and spacious residence. We took four friends this time and had a nice long chat with Heather and her partner on arrival. The fresh focaccia bread, flowers, snack cupboard +++ make all the difference to us. The location is perfect, just a short walk into town. Apart from the large and well appointed kitchen, (which we made full use of on our first night) and the two very comfortable lounges., there is a study which one of our friends used for a private quiet space to practice his Spanish. This is a 5 star venue and well deserved.

We had a great stay at the property. It was a long term stay, as we have family in Bracknell and required a house for ourselves. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home and didn’t want to leave after our stay. We found the property very child friendly, with kids books and toys left behind, which we were more than happy to add a Bluey and few toys too. They also had gates, so we were able to gate off the steps to the upper floor, to make it even more kid friendly. (Sorry we forgot to take it down when we left). For the adult kids, we were very happy with the PS3, right up our alley. The bedrooms had plenty of room, and allowed us with a toddler to have the space and extra bed we required. Location, is perfect, it’s a 15min walk to the main shopping and train station that can take you to reading/London. And it the middle of some cracking pubs. Thanks again for a great stay.

We had a great stay in the apartment. There was everything we needed, the space was great and really well cleaned and looked after. Sandip's instructions for check in made it so easy and he sent us lots of recommendations for places to go and things to do nearby. There's plenty to do within walking distance which was perfect for us. Parking is quite tight but if you have people to help you, it is doable. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We absolutely loved our visit to Chipping Campden and staying at Pearl’s! The view from our deck was so beautiful and access to the Cotswold Way trails was so convenient. We hiked two full days while we were there - Pearl was so helpful sharing her trail maps with us! The restaurants and pubs were lovely, as was sitting on our deck sipping our morning coffee or enjoying an evening glass of wine. Do not hesitate to book this place! It’s lovely!

Natalia was a fantastic host! She was very responsive and very helpful when we had questions regarding the apartment, which made our stay very comfortable. The apartment itself was very clean and matched the description on the website. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay for our Christmas holidays.

Very comfortable and well appointed. Lots of thoughtful touches. Great place to explore Cheltenham from and a great base for any of Cheltenham's festivals. We had a great stay here and have booked to visit again. Highly recommended.

Elaine's apartment was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable with lovely soft bed linen. Elaine left plenty of towels for our use. The shower was roomy and nice and powerful. Everything we needed was provided. The location was perfect for being able to get to and from the high street on foot. The secure car park was easy to access. There are lots of places of interest within short driving distances. We were able to use the balcony which was an added bonus. We would definitely recommend Elaine's apartment and hope to stay there again.
