Located on 85 private acres with great views this is the perfect winter get away. Welcome to "The Loft". The loft is a newly built apartment on the top floor of a timber framed barn. The owners are designer/builders who have combined the elements of old world craftsmanship with high tech efficiency to create a living space that is bright, airy and yet cozy. Powered by solar, this attached carriage barn is located on a quiet back road 3.5 miles from Woodstock Village and 3 miles from GMHA. The Loft has its own private entrance, parking and a sunset balcony.

The"Cabin"is nestled in the trees giving a feeling of floating above the brook below. The interior is decorated w/family heirlooms gathered from around the country. Nothing fancy, just a cozy simple getaway. 3.25 mi from town. Choose from a variety of activities in town or hop on nearby trails. NO PETS ALLOWED.

Yurt In The Woods - Private Refuge

The Yurt In The Woods is 30 ft in diameter - 700 spacious sq. ft. It's surrounded by trees and has a yard. 2 night stays required for Weekends. October 6th and 12th are currently vacant if you want a fall foliage trip. There is a "one" night stay fee of $50 Allowed 2 dogs with the agreement to my animal policy & $50 fee WiFi 1,000 megabits per second a fiber network Outdoor Gas Grill , Outdoor Fire Circle, and Outdoor Shower available May - October

Private Guest Suite on 155 Acre Royalton Town Farm

1 Bed, 1 Bath apartment attached to historic farm house. This cozy space is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway or a long family vacation on a historic Vermont Farm. Equipped with all the linens and dishes you will need. Close to I-89 and 30 minutes of Ski Resorts like Saskadena Six. The Cluck House

The Cluck House (360sq. ft) was converted from a chicken coop into a 1 bedroom guest space in the 1950’s. Today it is still used for extra sleeping quarters during the warmer months (May 15-Oct 15). Please Note: The Private Full Bathroom Is Located In The Main Farmhouse, just a short walk across the lawn. We are pet friendly and welcome guests who wish to travel with them. We charge a $35 Cleaning Fee per trip.

Your private two story guest suite is attached to the (main house) with a private FRONT DOOR entry. Downstairs you will find your very own first floor library/TV room and 1/2 bath. Upstairs is a comfy bedroom suite with a private modern bathroom that includes a shower and Jacuzzi tub. Also upstairs is where you will find the microwave, coffee bar, mini fridge and toaster.
