We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. On the outskirts of Steyrling is the apartment with space for 2 adults. The apartment is fully equipped, from washer-dryer, dishwasher, gas grill to hand blender, sauna... Steyrling is located in a quiet valley and is surrounded by mountains. 5 minutes by car to the reservoir. The Steyrling river flows directly under the house. In summer, at low water, there are beautiful gravel banks and opportunities to refresh yourself + waterfall. Guest house and village shop are within 5 minutes' walking distance.

Loft im Atelier Dieses stylishe, gemütliche Loft in Etienne's Atelier liegt am Waldrand etwas außerhalb von Bad Ischl. Kunst- und Naturliebhaber kommen hier voll auf ihre Rechnung. Gehe auf Tuchfühlung mit dem Künstler Etienne, der im Erdgeschoß des Ateliers malt. Die Aussicht auf die malerische Bergkulisse ist berauschend. Von der Terrasse auf der Ostseite, kannst du beim Frühstück die Morgensonne genießen und hast einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Garten mit Teich und Grillplatz.

The lovely Sonnreith cabin is located in the mountain village of Spital/Pyhrn on the sunny slope with some neighboring houses. It is newly furnished and has a living area of 34 m² - many loving details were made by hand - very cozy. A fireplace and infrared heating provide pleasant warmth. There is underfloor heating in the anteroom and bathroom. The cabin is in a quiet, beautiful panoramic location. Hiking trails and the mountain bike trail are nearby (100 meters)

Apartment in Gesäuse National Park, Hall bei Admont

Our rentable space includes one bedroom with a double bed, desk and TV, one bathroom with a shower, as well as a kitchen with a dining area. Wi-Fi is available. There is no washing machine in the apartment, however, in accordance with us, there is the possibility to wash your clothes. Feel free to use our garden. Parking space is available. Shopping in the district capital of Liezen (12 km), numerous hikes of all levels of difficulty in summer and ski tours, snowshoeing and skiing in winter. Interesting sights: Strechau Castle, Admont Abbey, Formula 1 Red Bull Ring in Spielberg, well-known ski resorts, Gesäuse National Park. The state capital of Graz can be reached in an hour.

Our vacation home is just a little off the beaten path (road, train) and yet in the middle of nature at the foot of the mighty Grimming. It is only about 30 km to Schladming or Ausseerland. There are countless opportunities for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers or even those who want to relax! Looking forward to seeing you soon ! Likewise welcome are dogs who feel "puddel comfortable" with us!
