We can only recommend the house. It has everything you need and exactly matches the photos and listing. Marolein is a good host and offers any help. Also during the stay the communication was fine. The location right on the water and the short distance to the village of Woudsand with supermarket and great restaurants is optimal. The house is very cozy and upon our arrival all rooms were pleasantly warm. We'd love to come back, maybe in summer.

The house is a small piece of jewelry. We immediately felt comfortable. The lower living area is spacious and cozy. Downstairs there was air conditioning, which made it very pleasant. Upstairs we ventilated at night. The upper sleeping area has 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom. One bedroom is spacious with a double bed and plenty of closet. The other rooms are much smaller. Keep in mind that the stairs up are really steep. But doable and upstairs there is a child gate. The courtyard is large and the covered area with pallet sofa wonderfully relaxing. The place is very nice and within walking distance of everything. Bakery, savings and restaurants as well as the harbor. If it brings us back to the area, we will definitely book here. Our point of contact Corine was super friendly and helpful. Contact was mega and she asked the first morning if everything was okay. Very sweet!

If the place is free definitely book! Chyla goes above and beyond to make you feel at home! She is also a lovely lady to talk to. The house is very nicely decorated. With attention to many details and respect for local entrepreneurs. There has even been a private terrace. A great and spacious box spring with beautiful bedding. More than enough towels and handy kitchen utensils. In the village there are delicious restaurants and a mega tasty bakery. In the area we rented bicycles and enjoyed the waterland.
