130 years ago our great-grandfather built this farmhouse from natural stones. Today, we welcome you to this special place in a bright, cozy apartment in the attic. The charming mix of old and modern furnishings, the cozy underfloor heating, the sunny balcony and the large orchard invite you to a relaxing break in the countryside. Our house is the ideal starting point for cycling trips, hikes and excursions through the beautiful landscape between the Main and Tauber rivers.

The apartment is located directly below the Marienberg fortress in the countryside. It has a terrace, a free parking space right outside the door as well as many loving details in a new building: a modern bathroom, a kitchenette including dishwasher and possibilities to cook, as well as a cozy sleeping and living room. Despite the great location, the city center is 10 to 15 minutes walking distance. Public transport and shopping are in the immediate vicinity.

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

Hello, we look forward to having you at our farm! You'll be staying in a 1-room apartment in the outbuilding of the main house. Our farm is a 500 year old, restored Franconian farm (monument). Relax in this special and quiet home with its own kitchen and bathroom. Our dog Zahra will greet you happily, so it would be good if you like dogs and horses, because they also live here at the farm. A camper parking space is available if needed.
