Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. Are you looking for a quiet accommodation, would you like to spend your free time in the countryside and at the same time live close to the city centre? You can do this in our sunny 2-room apartment (65 m²) in Frauenland with a large southwest terrace and direct access to the pool and garden. Pool and garden is also used by us. A kettle grill is available for grilling. With the bus lines 14, 114 and 214 you can reach the city centre in 10 minutes and the university at Hubland in 2 minutes.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Modern studio apartment with kitchen, bathroom and large balcony in a quiet location. In the living room is a pull-out bed with mattress and a pull-out sofa. 2 people can sleep comfortably on each. Kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated and fully equipped. There is a tram stop about 500 meters from the apartment. From there, it is about a 10-minute drive to the city. Aldi, Lidl, as well as a gas station that is open 24 hours are within approx. 5 minutes' walking distance.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Bright accommodation at Ringpark

The bright and central apartment is located directly between the Ringpark and Südbahnhof Würzburg. It is designed for up to four overnight guests. In the bedroom there is a 1.60 m wide bed and in the living room a sofa bed with also 1.60 m width. The kitchen is fully equipped. In addition to a spacious shower tray, the bathroom also has a washer-dryer, which also allows longer stays.

Historic ambiance and lovely Tauber Valley

On the first floor of our 350-year-old half-timbered house, we offer three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, tub and toilet as well as a fully equipped kitchen (approx. 100 square meters). The hosts' apartment is upstairs. Wi-Fi, washer and dryer can be used. The courtyard is available for recreation (currently limited by construction work).
