There are 3 acres of land to roam on and the views from the land are stunning! The lounge has north facing high angled windows allowing all day sun and provides stunning views of the hills beyond and the gorgeous Central Otago landscape. From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. The Queenstown trail is right outside your door so it is a fabulous location for walking and biking. Come and stay and see for yourself!

Warm with electric fireplace, heat pump and under floor heating to keep cozy.

Please note, there is no kitchen, just a microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge / freezer. It also has a tv with Netflix and a selection of films. Easy access to golf, walking, skiing, Queenstown & Frankton. Please review our location on the map before you book. There is a regular bus but it works best to have a car.

Perfect base and size to explore for two adults but has a pull out couch for a third guest or child. There is the Farmhouse Cafe and playground at the end of the street. Hanley's Farm is very family focused with an amazing park complete with BMX pump track, exercise equipment and flying fox. Also, another NEW playground near our guest house. There are also many walking tracks in the area and a bike track that leads through Jacks Point to Kelvin Heights.
