Vacation rentals in Xirivella

We loved our stay at this apartment. It’s a 15 minute walk to the beach. Easy to get into the city with an Uber or bus or 45 minute walk. Very clean apartment, SUPER responsive and helpful hosts. Loved everything about it!

The stay has exceeded our expectations, it is better than what you see in the photos. You have everything you need and it's a very quiet area. Ideal for kids. Angela is great and very friendly. Thank you so much!! We look forward to repeating

We enjoyed staying at Fran's place over the holidays. The location is very walkable to most of Valencia's key attractions in the city center with plenty of nearby options for shopping and dining. The apartment was very comfortable and Fran very helpful in providing an early check-in time and answering questions. Highly recommend.

An absolutely fantastic experience that exceeded all expectations. Tatiana was an amazing host that was extremely attentive and friendly. Response times were immediate and thoroughness was exemplary. The space itself met every need and then some, they even provided bikes to get around!! Plus we had access to kayaks and paddle boards. The location to the beach couldn’t have been closer, literally a 10 second walk and by the way was an absolutely stunning beach. The proximity to restaurants and the city, especially with the bikes they provided was close as well Overall, we can’t say enough about our stay, highly recommend to anyone as it was the best stay over our 10 days in Spain. Very grateful to Conchi for the welcome. The perellonet area is very quiet, and with Valencia super close to get around.

Francisco was a super host. We had a flight delay and he helped us access the apt late and even set us up with a dinner reservation next door! Always responsive, friendly, great local recommendations. Apartment is very well equipped with plenty of everything you need. So nice to have a washer and dryer! Three bedrooms, great for families. Very walkable to many locations. Thank you Francisco!

Incredible house, so much space and very well located. Lovely pool (although chilly in April but I still used it!) Natalia is very sweet and helpful and responded very quickly to my messages. We have a 3 year old and a nearly 6 year old, and it was lovely to have all the toys and games for them. I would say if you have any younger children the hard floors/stairs might be a bit tricky/dangerous so watch out for that. Also we got a bit confused by the high tech lighting system, but other than that it's a fantastic place!!
