Vacation rentals with a patio in Xochimilco

Excelente atención El lugar es muy bonito y amplio, iluminado Tiene estacionamiento y vigilancia. La zona es de las que mas me gustan en la CDMX un Soriana y un Chedraui a media cuadra. El metro cerca. El lugar impecable, tal vez mi única queja seria que el internet falló bastante, nada grave porque solamente lo usamos para cosas rápidas de trabajo pero si sería bueno una pequeña checada. Nada grave, todo excelente

Good setup - professionally run, solid no-surprises: safe - 2 levels of doorman enty, no neighbour/nightclub noise, no smells, AC in living room + somewhat loud portable unit in master BR. Decent water pressure. Kitchen has dishwasher and washer/dryer. Comfy bed in master - Linens comparable to 4 star hotel. Note: 2nd BR - no AC here. Fans + shades in all rooms. Building and unit new, modern & clean. Friendly building staff. Some hiccups at check in but host resolved them - prepare to give building your passport copy. It's a hassle to use some of building amenities, but host tried to resolve. Windows don't open. Host super responsive- provided items we needed in kitchen. Good Super market - La Comer - 8 minutes walk. Several eateries in 15 min walk. Try Casa Tonio for good everyday Mexican. Building at a major traffic junction - felt safe even at night. Ubers easy to get.

Absolutely fantastic location. Super walkable to so many great places. We’ve had issues with both water pressure & temperature in previous CDMX visits, but neither were a problem at all here which was very nice. Two very nice bathrooms & an excellent kitchen. Super quiet street at night, we slept with our door/window open & had zero issue with any noise. Would highly recommend Ale’s place to anyone.

Nuestra estancia en el apartamento superó las expectativas. La ubicación es inmejorable con una estación de metro prácticamente enfrente; la limpieza y el orden con que lo encontramos eran impecables; todo en el apartamento funcionaba muy bien; Marcela siempre estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada y fue muy amable y flexible en cuanto a hora de llegada y salida; las instrucciones para ubicar el lugar fueron claras y precisas; lo recomiendo al 100% y, sin duda, volvería a hospedarme nuevamente.

I enjoyed my stay at this apartment and would stay again. Antonio was very welcoming and communicated well with us. The stay was very convenient for our flight out of Terminal 2.

Great unit within walking distance to different options for restaurants and stores, street food vendors. We feel safe walking around at night. Hosts and building staff are very accommodating. I highly recommend.

Nos sentimos como en casa, el lugar estaba muy bonito y limpio

La casa está muy bien distribuida y muy limpia. Es una gran opción para convivir con amigos o familiares ya que toda la casa se encuentra conectada entre sí, la sala y el recibidor se comunican entre sí y con las habitaciones. A pesar de que la casa es algo fría por las noches es una buena opción para la temporada de primavera y verano ya que se mantiene fresca y aligera el calor.

Su ubicación es muy buena, ya que tiene cerca tiendas de conveniencia, un parque, un mercado etc. Es muy tranquila la zona, la casa es muy acogedora y cuenta con todos los servicios. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. El anfitrión es muy amable y respetuoso. En general un muy buen lugar para descansar

Quedamos encantados con la casa súper cómoda, Súper ubicación, Único detalle no tiene ventiladores la casa es fresca pero para personas calurosas si haría falta ventiladores!

Very cozy place, it’s small but was perfect for two people. The area was quiet during the day and night, beds were comfortable and slept great, however pillows might need replacing soon. The area was very walkable, day or night and close enough to downtown Coyoacan. We ate out every day, so we did not use the kitchen, but kitchen had all necessary things. The shower was a nice size, but the water temperature was hard to control to remain at a comfortable temperature, was either scorching hot or very cold, you have to keep messing with the knob to get it to the right temperature. Overall, I loved the place and would definitely stay there again. Host was very responsive and willing to assist. There is no AC, but we didn’t need it. The fan in the bedroom was perfect at night, kept the room nice and cool. Travel dates 04/15 to 04/20

It is a functional and comfortable condo. Very quiet building and street during my stay. Good location with many nearby interesting spots. Very easy communication with a very responsive host.

Excelente hospedaje, camas y almohadas supes cómodas, cuentan tas con muchas amenidades y te dan una bonita bienvenida. Es de esos lugares en que me hospedaria simplemente por el hecho de disfrutar de sus instalaciones sin necesidad de salir. 100/10

Excelente departamento. Una vista hermosa. Muchos restaurantes cercanos, 7eleven a un lado. Farmacias cercas que son muy necesarias. En una avenida, pero lo suficientemente tranquilo para descansar. Nos sentimos como en casa, sin duda regresaremos.

Un lugar muy tranquilo y fácil de ubicar, recomiendo para máximo 6 huéspedes contemplar que 2 de las 3 habitaciones comparten baño y son muy reducidas, lamentablemente mi mamá se golpeó la frente con una mesita al sacar ropa del clóset por lo justo que está el pasillo entre la cama y este (por lo que recomendamos contar con un pequeño botiquín). Contaba con todas las amenidades y está muy cerca del centro, el ingreso súper rápido, los vigilantes y Paty súper atentos en todo momento, súper punto que tiene un oxxo y Walmart por si se ofrece puedes ir caminando. Nos sentimos muy cómodos y seguros en todo momento.

This may have been one of my favorite Airbnb stays ever! This apartment is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. I loved the outdoor living room with the large island with lots of stools. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I especially loved that each room had its own bathroom. This place really had everything that we needed. The location was also fantastic! It was near so many great food spots and walkable to a lot of places. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. I can’t recommend it enough.
