Monthly Rentals in X'Tut

Truly a one of a kind space and host, Arturo took time out his day to tell us stories and talk to us about the incredible Mayan culture that was literally in the backyard of the house. If you have the chance please make a point to spend time here just to appreciate the house and the beautiful space around it.

We had a beautiful time here, we only stayed for one night and wish we could have stayed longer. The house and garden is beautiful, peaceful, and colourful. A short drive to the centre of Valladolid, we were very happy to stay outside the city. The house was incredibly clean, well designed and you can tell everything was considered. Hope to be back :)

The room was impeccable, with cozy decoration and all the details well cared for. The bed was super comfortable, and I loved waking up to natural light coming in through the window. Also, the host was very attentive and left some local recommendations that made my visit even better. I would definitely stay there again.

The apartment is very nice, it is as shown in the photographs, I had good communication with both hosts were attentive at all times, I would definitely stay in the forest house again 🌳
