You can see the sea to the east, so you can sometimes see the moonrise. The starry sky is also very beautiful. Anbo town is a 10-minute drive, convenient for shopping and eating. The popular Jomon Sugi mountain climbing bus stop is a 15-minute drive away. If you're having trouble finding a rental car, you can car share the owner's car (using the Carstay app). It is a light vehicle with a capacity of 4 people and it is a cargo car, so the ride comfort is not the best, but it is a 4WD with plenty of luggage space. Holiday House Nagata/200m walk to the beach

200 metres from Nagata beach. Private and fully self holiday contained house. 2 bedrooms with seperate bathroom and toilet. Full kitchen and clothes washing and drying machine. Holiday House Nagata is located in the western part of Yakushima Island, close to Inaka beach, the best sea turtle spawning beach in Japan, and you can walk to Maehama beach from home.The sunset view from the beach is beautiful, and there are Yokogawa Gorge, Yakushima Lighthouse, and Seibu Forest Road nearby.Since it is far from the trailhead, it is highly recommended to rent a car.If you only come to Jomon Cedar climbing, Nagata is far away, so please look at the map to consider it.The May-July 2021 Sea Turtle Watch was canceled due to COVID-19.Please note that you will not be able to get off the beach after 8pm.If you go to the beach at 5:00 in the morning, it is recommended because it is possible to meet sea turtles.

South Coast House is a traditional Japanese style home located on the very south coast of the island. It is very private, surrounded by nature with great sea and mountain views. Two natural outdoor hot spring Onsens - Harauchi and Yudomari are just a few minutes drive away. There is also some hiking, swimming and snorkelling spots close by. Fisherman's living experience inn: Fuku no Ki

Yakushima is famous for mountains, but the sea, fish are also attractive. This inn is a bit inconvenient, but we treat you like family. And you can eat delicious fresh fish. The building is a converted fisherman's barn. We will cook fish together, heat Goemon bath with firewood, and provide you with a stay as if you were living with us. One cooking experience is included during your stay. On other days, you will stay without meals. Optional fishing boat tour (extra charge) is also available.

We chose our accommodation's location carefully to make it as convenient as possible. Yakushima is quite remote and doesn't have many transportation options. Yakushima is relatively large, covering about 100 kilometers. There are restaurants and supermarkets scattered around, but it can be challenging to find rental cars or taxis. →You can walk to popular restaurants in just 3 minutes, so you can have a great meal and easily return. Additionally, a supermarket is only a 7-minute walk away.

This guesthouse was renovated from a villa into a modern one and opened in 2022. We have everything I, the owner, feel you need, so you can have a comfortable stay. It is close to popular hot springs such as the famous Onoaida Onsen and Kaichu Onsen, and Senhiro Falls and Toroki Falls are within 10 minutes. In addition, it is about 5 minutes by car to one of the few large supermarkets on Yakushima, so it is very convenient for shopping.

The cottage is rented out as a whole house and there is no one around except for the owner's building, so you can make noise late at night or early in the evening! Fully equipped with bath towels, face towels, and more.　　It is also equipped with a washing machine, so for longer stays The cottage and the owner's residence are separate buildings, so please relax without worrying about them.

Especially it is built to see the best view from the guest room. VIEWS is located in the south of Yakushima and stands on the hillside overlooking the sea. Sauna is available for an additional fee.
