Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Yamba

We stayed at this Airbnb for three weeks during a stressful yet exciting time, preparing for Cyclone Alfred. The house was incredibly dog-friendly, with everything needed to make our dogs feel welcome, plus a big fenced yard for them to enjoy. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. A special highlight was the lovely elderly neighbor who kindly brought us fresh-caught fish. The well-stocked pantry was a great bonus. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly return!

We love coming to Broomshead to relax by the seaside. Beach haven was the perfect spot for 2 families to unwind and enjoy each other’s company while also having space to find time alone. Plenty of comfy spots to read a book on the wrap around balcony and enough space for the kids to happily play footy in the yard and handball too! Conveniently just across from the beach which was so handy when needing to pop back for lunch before heading back for more beach time in the afternoon. Excellent location and little touches from the host with coffee pods and laundry detergent provided as well as some staple items for cooking and plenty of crockery/pots and pans! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again soon!

Jodie has a great house situated at the very end of a Water Ski Lodge. While the location is about 20mins out of town the views and privacy are well worth any inconvenience. We were a group of 9 adults and found the house perfect for our needs. Its a very well maintained property with manicured gardens and very tasteful appointments inside. Lots of parking room for multiple vehicles and boats. The pool table and Gazebo were used each night & is a great place to relax. Lots of friendly wildlife around including water dragons, green tree frogs and a variety of birds. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay here! Such a lovely, comfortable airy beach house!. We highly enjoyed being so close to the dog beach, the generous yard, outdoor furniture with bbq. The inside decor of the house is very well taken care of and well stocked. The renovated bathroom is very fresh. We would love to come back soon.

This is an old timber house full of charm and beauty. We loved it. It is sweet and quirky and remnded me of old time rentals at beach suburbs when I was younger. I would recommend to anyone who wants a real experience in a timber home near the beach. Wish we could've stayed longer. It is near the shops and Bowling Club. The owners are terrific and very good communciators.

Simone was a wonderful host. Contactable but not intrusive. She has a beautiful home which was well equipped. I was aware it was some distance to restaurants, shopping and children’s playground, however, it is only a couple of kms to these facilities. 100% recommend this stay.

Wow!! From the moment we walked in, it honestly took our breath away! We travelled as a family of 4, mum and 3 boys and this spot was just what we wanted, right on the beach, literally just step outside the door. There is a seat just outside which is the perfect viewing platform to watch the kids swim, fish and play while enjoying a coffee in the morning or wine for sunset (of course when we weren't down there enjoying the beach with them). The house itself has been renovated perfectly and set up for a stay with everything thought of including a basket of blankets by the lounge for the cooler evenings when the doors are all open and the waves are crashing outside, it was just so cosy! The bedroom linen was also pristine, it really gave the stay a touch of luxe and the lovely beach sarongs/turkish towels were great to utilise for our quick ocean dips out front. The kitchen had everything we needed and the coffee machine and pods was thoroughly appreciated. We loved our stay!

The views and surroundings are breathtaking - very close to the beach and all local shops, cafes and restaurants! Compared to other properties in the area, the pricing is appropriate. It’s not high-end accommodation, but an enjoyable home in a gorgeous area, and the co-host (who lives downstairs) is incredibly kind and friendly, and very approachable regarding additional requests and queries. My children have allergies to pets and struggled a lot with allergy symptoms the first day, so there must have been quite a bit of fur around from previous guests’ furry friends (it probably gets trapped in the carpets etc). It was okay by the second night though. The home has everything you need for a dream holiday by the beach, and we made amazing memories - the kids are already asking when we can go back!

Lovely first floor apartment next to the lake, beautifully furnished and lovely design to the furniture and paintings, it felt coastal and chilled in style. Kim as very responsive to communicate with! Looks just like the pictures!

A very colourful and unique house. It had amazing views over the water, we sat there as often as we could. Sunset was spectacular! Watched many birds, including an Osprey feeding every day! On the downside there were a few mosquitos as near the water and spiders around and with our English blood they loved us! The next village had a few cafes which were great and the beaches were lovely. Over all a great few days in a totally unique place.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Easy walk to restaurants etc. Beach right across the street.

We loved staying at Lynne’s Amblesea. A tastefully-decorated, modern 1-bed unit, with everything we needed for a comfortable 3-night stay. Gorgeous ocean views from the living room, comfortable bed, and great touches including the history of Yamba books, which educated us on a fascinating history of Yamba, and the choccies on arrival! Easy walking to several beaches and the Main Street. Excellent communication from Lynne and overall a fantastic getaway.

The place was perfect for our short stay. It was quiet and relaxing. Everything was comfortable. Liz was great at communicating, had great recommendations. Would stay again.

Judy's place in Iluka is nestled in a quiet corner one way street. The home was spacious enough for our family and very clean. Judy and Liz were friendly and lovely to deal with. Highly recommended!

Funky Retro perfectly describes this air b n b! Fun artwork and decorative pieces perfectly fit the style. It was also very clean and equipped. The rooftop was perfect for coffees and sunset drinks!

We had such a wonderful stay! The accommodation was exactly as described and the perfect set up for us with two little kids. Great location within walking/biking distance to town and super quiet and chilled. Everything was super clean and beds were really comfy! We will def come back. Thanks for a great stay!
