Spacious House in the Town

PennyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
A lovely spacious home that is simple and has everything you need. It was very clean on arrival with some useful supplies at hand in the kitchen and bathroom. Located in a peaceful side street away from the busy Main Street but in walking distance to shops, cafes and pubs. A great place to stay at the gateway to the Warrumbungles National Park and surrounds. Highly recommend.

Joan is a lovely lady and a great host. She is interested and very helpful. I even had the opportunity to do my washing . Our breakfast was exactly like we wanted. With fresh fruit , amazing apricots , yoghurt, toast and finger linking good homemade honey. We enjoyed our stay so much and I am happy to take home a few new pottery ideas to try out!

Bubble Hotel Coonabarabran

This place is just magic. We loved every second of our stay and would recommend to anyone. Stargazing is beyond belief and we woke up to some Roos bouncing around outside. A perfect stay, with great responsive hosts who were there to help whenever we needed.

Kingsgrove - 3km out of town.

We went for the night skies and got exactly that. The home was set up in a very welcoming way - there was butter, jam and honey in the fridge, kitchen was really clean, backyard was clean, rooms were great and toiletries were also present. we got what we came here for. 5/5 would recommend.

Cheerful 5 Bedroom + office + pool and large deck

VivRating, 5 stars1 month ago
My family and I were in town for a wedding and had a really relaxing and comfortable stay at Stacey's. The place is a 3 minute walk into the main strip of shops, so a great central location, and lots of privacy from neighbouring houses - who we didn't see or hear much from. The house itself is expansive and while we only had 6 people in the house, it could comfortably sleep 8 or 9 guests. We loved the deck at the rear of the house and the beautiful big backyard, and our kids went for a swim each day. The cat Macie hung around the back porch and we fed twice a day, she was no hassle and largely kept to herself. Would recommend Stacey's house, was perfect for our 4 night stay.

Nan and Pops place was exactly as anticipated and was the perfect location to explore the local town and National Park. The host Peter was very responsive and provided any assistance if we required it.

Absolutely loved our stay! Beautiful environment and accommodation with delicious breakfast and excellent conversation! We travelled with a toddler and baby and they had a ball and slept like a log in the surrounds! Loved our private stargazing experience and the house is a great place to hang out and use as a launchpad into town or the nearby national park. We'll be back!

100 acre Beautiful property close to Coonabarabran

MelissaRating, 5 stars4 months ago
Home after a 'country' holiday. Our amateur astronomer son picked the spot. We followed. We got to meet 'Donna the Astronomer' and see the planets, stars and galaxy's and make friends with the cows, see blazing sunsets, and live in a beautiful homestead. We got to see in 2025 in the outback, and admire with awe this unique nature, with its red dirt, summer cracking thunderstorms, burnt curling gum trees and arid lands... appreciation is an understatement. House was clean, (felt like a 'real home', NOT full of cheap mismatched furniture and items, like some other places we have stayed at!) spacious, had everything we needed, including the spa for cooling off. Great hosts. Not a single complaint.
