Vacation rentals with a pool in Yavapai County

Amazing spot and a great stay. Quick responses to questions. The house is in a development that feels neighborly and safe. It’s close to several excellent coffee shops and hiking trails. Very clean and well-stocked house.

We had an amazing stay at this rental! It was conveniently located to restaurants, stores, hikes and everything else we needed but far enough out of the way that we felt off on our own. It’s located at the end of a culdesac with incredible views. We highly would recommend this stay!

We had a great stay here- the house is everything you could want and more. Stacy was an incredible host- very informative and responded quickly which I very much appreciated. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Sedona area!

Jenny's house was wonderful! It was private, had amazing views, and was minutes from town and hiking. The kitchen was well stocked, even for a chef. Our chef enjoyed cooking there! The bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful and well-appointed. The outside areas including the pool area were all perfect with amazing views. The house was nicer in person than the pictures and I'd stay there again with my extended family in a minute!

Great property and stay and all the amenities. Only minor feedback I have (and I am picky about bathrooms for some reason) is that the upstairs shower needs to be updated with modern tile and glass walls/blocks; or at least some additional lighting needs to be added into the shower. It is tucked into a dark corner feels very institutional (like a 70’s high school locker room shower). But over all, a stellar property.

Beautiful property. Looks just like the photos. Hosts were very friendly and responsive. We will be staying here again the next chance we get.

This was one of our favorite trips and the home was absolutely beautiful. Was updated, very clean and extremely cozy with decor matching the local natural beauty. We enjoyed the outdoor areas as much as the house and grilled multiple nights. Beds were clean and cozy and the home is very roomy for a family of four. Fantastic location, and it surpassed the description. Owners are extremely helpful and responsive. Would absolutely stay here again. What a wonderful stay and vacation we had with our two boys! Thank you!

The condo was perfect for our stay in Sedona. The location was wonderful and there were so many great restaurants that we walked to every evening. And wonderful coffee shops to choose from that are walkable as well. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was very clean and as described. We enjoyed the pool in the afternoons. Mark and Jami were also great in making restaurant recommendations. And, be sure and walk over to ice cream that is right next door for a great way to close out your night! We would definitely stay there again!

Clean condo, a little ways from West and Uptown Sedona, but close to Bell Rock Trail and. Cathedral Rock. Pool was nice to have, But not heated so it was too cold to use. Andrew was responsive when we ran into a problem getting into the laundry room, so it got fixed right away. Overall location was peaceful, with a few restaurants to choose from nearby.

Loved all of the towels!!! Lots of blankets…the fire department is nearby as we heard sirens a few times on the road outside of the window. I’m a light sleeper snd wished I had a portable fan to drown out noise but I used an app to help. Nice pool. Near grocery and great restaurants…our first time in VOC we usually stay in Uptown. Give yourself extra time to get to west end trailheads for traffic to get through roundabouts with the zipper merges!

I can’t say enough great things about our stay at Matt and Billy’s condo in Oak Creek, Sedona. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet, yet just minutes away from hiking trails, restaurants, and all the natural beauty Sedona has to offer. Matt and Billy were exceptional hosts—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. You can tell they truly care about creating a welcoming experience. We’ll definitely be back and are already recommending it to friends and family!

Pictures and description exactly matched the condo. It was on the edge of Sedona proper in a very nice complex near a great small grocery store and coffee shop and bakery. I reached out to Laura upon getting to Sedona to see if we could check in a bit early and were able to do that (an hour early). Easy entry with a code to the door. Very clean condo. Enjoyed the space and ability to cook. Great TV(s) - easy to login in to. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the end of our hiking days. I would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed staying at Terri’s place. The location was very close to the hiking trails, restaurants, a few shops, and a golf course (so we ended up playing even though golf wasn’t originally part of our plan). Terri’s place was very clean and comfortable. Communication was also excellent from before we arrived to after we checked out. Thank you, Terri! We would definitely stay again.

Our stay here was so wonderful. The place was just as described and had little amenities that made all the difference, lots of towels, toiletries, kitchen items etc. The condo is quiet and just off the main road so we could walk around Oak Creek. It was minutes to Sedona and popular hiking sites. And the view was unbeatable - we could see Bell Rock, Cathedral Rock and Courthouse, it was so beautiful. If we ever come back for another stay I am going to check to see if this place is available before I go anywhere else. Thank you!!

Great location. Great restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment was clean, wifi worked great, TV had streaming services. You could hear the upstairs tenants bouncing around the occasional car pass by but nothing that would stop us from going back. Kitchen had what we needed. Really all about location!
