From the balcony, you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. On the upper floor, you will find cozy sleeping spaces. Our house is centrally located and ideal for those seeking relaxation and nature lovers. The apartment is located at the end of the private road belonging to the house. The apartment has been lovingly designed with souvenirs from our seven-year world trip. Many of the details have a story that we are happy to pass on to interested parties on request. Our small 60 m² apartment offers you everything you need from the interior - in addition to a great view of our local mountain, the Ötscher (1898 m), but also in the idyllic landscape of the Mostviertel. Through the windows, which open up to a direct view of the neighboring fields and forests… Our location is very quiet on the one hand, on the outskirts of Wieselburg-Land, on the other hand it is only 5 km to the Ybbs west highway entrance. The surroundings offer a varied program!

The apartment is located in the heart of Waidhofen an der Ybbs, the pearl of the Ybbstal, and is the ideal starting point for an adventure. Waidhofen captivates with a charming old town and beautiful surroundings in the foothills of the Alps, perfect for hiking, biking (Ybbstal bike path) and unwinding. Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.

The former barn is originally converted into a holiday home of a special kind, 144 m² on two levels. Surrounded by 2 hectares of meadow, 1 ha of forest, a place for retreat, for family holidays, for "Just being in Hollenstein". Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag bike path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right at the house when the snow allows! 3 km from the centre of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.
