My wife and I plus my sister in law rented Mrs Tuba house for a month recently(January 28 to February 28). The house was fully equipped with cooking supplies(everything you need to cook at home) house was clean with kitchen and living room looking at Sea of Marmara with easy access to public transport and food stores ,host was one of the kindest and politest people I met so far,she was doing her best to make sure we are comfortable and happy all the time. We highly recommend her lovely house to anyone that wants to enjoy his/her/their trip in Istanbul, Türkiye(Turkey). We are so grateful to Mrs Tuba for her hospitality during our stay.🙏🙏🙏

The place is really interesting, quality - price. We stayed there for 3 nights. It's small , but very clean and comfortable. If you're active , all the interesting places of istanbul are on foot. There are small markets. everywhere but the biggest and affordable ones are a 7-8 minute walk away. We were happy with our stay in Istanbul and the choice of our Accommodation.

Highly recommend place and host. Good communication, always trying to answer questions regarding surrounding. Nice, clean and cozy flat, really close to metro and direct connection to IST airport. Fatih is much different than Asian side of Istanbul, which gives nice and real feeling of the city.
