The Studio is a spacious apartment in the centre of the stunning Lee Ford Estate in Knowle Village, near the picturesque seaside town of Budleigh Salterton. It can accommodate two adults and one child. The National cycle path is accessible from our woodland garden via a private gate. Secure parking. Budleigh Salterton is famous for its pebble beach and access to the coastal path along the Jurassic coast and local river banks. There are excellent pubs and restaurants serving local produce.

A self-contained annex, detached from the main house, comprising a large double bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Facilities include TV, free wifi, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and private off street parking. Located just off the M5, 15 mins from Exeter city centre and 5 minutes drive from the estuary town of Topsham and Sandy Park, home of Exeter Chiefs. Darts Farm award winning farm shop & café and the estuary cycle path are just a few minutes walk away as is the George & Dragon pub.

Riverside Retreat

This unique cabin has beautiful river views and it's a wonderful place to watch the sunset. The high ceilings and wood burning stove give it an ambience that sets the scene for a cosy yet elegant vibe. Little luxuries like underfloor heating in the shower room add to the comfort that we seek to provide. There is a small paved area outside with a table which is perfect for a coffee or a glass of wine. Parking for one car is available and it's a 10 min walk to the centre of Topsham

Conway Cottage is a 17th century thatched cottage with a large garden in the idyllic village of Otterton, Devon. The Annexe is a self-contained guest suite, with living room/diner, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen, fully equipped, recently modernised and redecorated. Ideal for a couple or for a family with two small children as there is a double sofa-bed in the living room. Just outside the French doors is a patio with table and barbecue for summer dining. Parking on drive.
