The holiday is crowned by our 6-person outdoor hot tub, big, and avanto. No pets, no smoking. Bed linens 15€/person, final cleaning 120€.

Welcome to a neat, well-maintained studio! You'll have the entire apartment (37 m²) to yourself. Free parking with a heating pole in the yard, which is rare for a car in this area. In the apartment, you can enjoy a sauna and a spacious balcony. The property has a well-equipped kitchen. You can quickly reach the city center via the Ylisoutaja bridge, for example, by using the bicycles included in the rent. The apartment has an air heat pump, so the nights are cool even in the summer. Partying is prohibited.

Alapiha Arboretum Guesthouse and Sauna

Cozy guesthouse and sauna in a wild tree sport park. The area has about 250 different varieties of woody trees and shrubs on two acres. The tree was planted in 1970 and forms its own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is partly still in a natural state and the area is undergoing renovation. For toddlers there's a travel crib and toys.

Trees ready, guidance or heating if needed. Good road connections. About 10 minutes to Outokumpu and 30 minutes to Joensuu. Koli about an hour and Valamo Monastery about 30 minutes by car. There's also a dog cage outside with a small coop.

Welcome to Lammenranta. We are a couple from Joensuu and we rent the downstairs of our house. Guests have access to a spacious room with its own entrance. There is also a private toilet and shower room, as well as a washing machine. The space has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee and water kettle. Cutlery and dishes. Pets are welcome, a fee of 10€ will be charged.
