Monthly Rentals in Yonghe District

Christine was an awesome host for us in the past 2.5 months. The apartment was perfect for us, a party of 2. The location is close to everything! Plenty of food options, markets, and a large park (no 4 park) was nearby. The MRT station was an easy 5-7 min walk from the apartment. Christine was readily available whenever we had questions and she met with us at check in and check out. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again when we return to Taipei. Great Service, super friendly, easy going. willing to meet you where it needed and follow up promptly. The stay was comfortable and easy with many shops and stores nearby. Will stay at Charlie's place again hopefully soon. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Awesome place! If possible, I'd book here again! Pros: #1 Blackout blinds in both living room and bedroom. Perfect for the international traveler/worker. Balcony is awesome. Chairs were comfortable. Beds were nice and soft. Bathroom was clean and very modern. 7-11 is 3 min walk. Con: Takes 15-25 min to walk from the closest MRT stop. Bus is closer but need to plan well. There is also ubike as well. Best to use Uber or another taxi app. Not a pro or con: No TV. I'm out traveling so I don't really need to watch TV esp when the view is awesome. There is a portable XGIMI projector that you can link your phone or laptop to. Overall the place is great for a small family or couple. The sunsets are amazing and the outside furniture is comfortable enough to sleep on.

Walkable, near the mrt and bus stops. There is a night market 15 minutes from the apartment, many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Overall great place.
