The Perched House

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers . Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. La maison est totalement indépendante, avec son jardin privatif. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions ou autre. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

Located between Sens and Joigny, close to Villeneuve sur Yonne, Courtenay and the A5, A6 and A19 highways, in the heart of the countryside, we are 1.5 hours south of Paris, 1 hour 10 minutes from Guédelon and Chablis.

"Le chant du pré" is a wooden chalet with a covered terrace. A cocoon in a tranquil setting in the middle of a plot of more than 3000 m2 where our hens roam freely. Located in Pontigny in the Yonne, 400 meters from the magnificent Cistercian Abbey. Possibility to rent electric bikes by the day for very nice rides in the countryside, forest and vineyards of Chablis. On-site access to dorsal reflexology or sonotherapy (Tibetan bowl).

Located in Burgundy in a small quiet village 20 minutes from Auxerre (10 minutes from the A6 Auxerre Nord motorway exit), Chablis, Joigny 30 min from Tonnerre, 50 minutes from Troyes, 10 minutes from Laroche Migennes train station and 2 hours from Paris. Mont Saint Sulpice is a village with a bakery.
