We had a great time at Sabrina and Serge's place. Everything was as described, and the listing in a residential area allowed us to have a great weekend with friends. The gite floor, with its many games and toys, is a children's paradise. Hosts are responsive and have plenty of activities. One regret, our schedule and our children, didn't allow us to enjoy the hot tub! Another time! Definitely recommend!

We stayed three nights in this fantastic cottage. We were warmly welcomed by the lovely hosts, who inspired us with their passion for nature. The cottage is fantastic and decorated with great taste. We were given great tips for activities and cozy pubs and restaurants. It was a wonderful vacation in France!

We, two couples each with a 15-month-old baby, stayed at this place and were delighted with our stay. Serge is a serious host, always available, who doesn't know what to do to make guests feel comfortable. His kindness, flexibility, and attention to us touched us a lot. Her place was perfect especially in our case, with two small children (high chairs, booster seats, umbrella beds with extra mattresses, toys, books, swings, tricycle, etc., safety gate, large enclosed and shaded grounds). Note that one of the bedrooms is in the basement, which allowed us to isolate our children for naps and nights. For adults, all the necessities as well. Everything is there, like at home! Special mention for impeccable cleanliness. Around all the essential shops, which is very convenient and reassuring. Beautiful sites to visit nearby including Parc de l 'Auxois.

A very nice experience, the cottage is beautiful, clean, welcoming and super well decorated, the pool is great with a superb view, the place is friendly and peaceful. Super warm welcome, top-notch cottages! I really recommend closing my eyes and can't wait to come back!

We had a great time at Sylvie's, everything is perfect and as described, quiet location and close to the lake (ideal for our fishermen) and close (5mn walk ) to the small village playground (for the little ones) Horses and pony in front of the little house ( which is ultimately not so small) Everything is clean, enough dishes, and the best beds made on arrival Sylvie bravo you are a very considerate host thank you also for the arrival times you gave us

The place is very nice, super easy to access and the host was super responsive. The bed is comfortable (even electric since you can climb the top and bottom!), towels, gloves and the little extra: an umbrella bed. Everything is thinking so that we have a good stay. The accommodation is next to a road but there is almost no car (less than one per hour). the outside is very pleasant which allowed my son to stretch his legs well before leaving. the entrance is self-contained and all the instructions are given in a booklet. I recommend this very pleasant place (which in addition smells of lavender in the garden!). Thanks to the host for hosting us in this very pleasant cottage!
