This area has so much to offer from lake fun on the boat, paddle board or kayak; to mountain biking, hiking, snow shoeing and more. We are close to many foothill attractions (historical museums/landmarks/boutique shopping/theaters/music) and wine tasting/culinary delights to please the foodies. This private open concept Room is 24'X32' and only 1 mile from Rollins lake. There is hiking, biking, whitewater river sports and snow skiing all within a short drive. Enjoy relaxing on the patio or watching a movie on the 100" projection TV. Play pool or work out on the Bowflex, or just curl up with a good book. Cook your own meals, BBQ on the patio or enjoy the local fair. Whether you want to relax or just a respite on your journey we think you'll enjoy our clean and comfortable space.

This is a private guest house which is adjacent to the owners home. It is nestled next to beautiful 100 ft cedar, dogwood & pine trees on 2 wooded acres. This 400 sq ft guest house has a full kitchen, living room with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk-in shower, one bedroom with a queen size bed. Bedroom has its own entrance to the large deck. There is a loft that can accommodate additional guests. Located just 3 1/2 miles from downtown Grass Valley and 5 miles from Nevada City, CA.

Relax and enjoy 5 acres of expansive views of the mountains and treetops! The house is surrounded by pine and oak trees with lots of privacy. Perfect family or couples getaway but still close to town. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are super comfy! The kitchen is fully equipped. We are about 15 minutes away from downtown Grass Valley and Nevada City. Yuba River, mountain biking, and hiking are about 20 minutes away from the house. Skiing is about 50 miles away.
