Roxana is an excellent host, from before arriving she was clear, friendly and I try to make everything easier, she was very attentive and quick responses. He welcomed us with some coconuts 🥥 that are appreciated 🙏🏼 in terms of the house has a perfect sea view, the terrace and pool are very nice to spend hours, the beds are comfortable and the house was very clean. We'll definitely be back, thank you Roxana for everything !!

Excellent place, very central Unique details: The back sliding door no longer closes Maybe some railings on the stairs. Everything else is perfect, great service and great host, I will be back on my next trips right here or recommend it with my friends

We had a great stay at this house. The pool was very nice at the end of the day, the kitchen is functional. Very spacious and comfortable accommodation.

We really did not pass it at home, our companions enjoyed the stay with Felisa, I highly recommend since her stay is in a quiet area and her spacious house to interact with our companions. Congratulations to Felisa with a 10 of hospitality.

A cozy and charming place, we felt very comfortable, we had no problem with the parking (2 cars), Marita always pending and with many recommendations. It is a very nice house, very clean. There is a small grocery nearby. Easy to access with location and quick entrance to the house. loved it, if I would come back!

The house and location were excellent! Beachfront house with beautiful views! The hosts were responsive. The only hiccup was that the pool wasn't super clean when we got there - my husband and daughter had to do some cleaning up.

Beautiful home in a great central location. A block from a great market with incredible food, a couple of blocks from Plaza Grande and everything going on there and an easy enough walk to Paseo Montejo that the 72 year old in our party with a bad knee could make it. The house itself is huge, the pictures can’t capture just how much space you actually have and the views from the multiple levels of patios are better than the expensive rooftop restaurant on Plaza Grande. Overall, if you are like I was and have looked at every Airbnb in Merida and can’t figure out what’s close to the things you want to see or if it’s big enough for your group…this is the place. I stressed for weeks on choosing a place and I’m so glad we get this one!

Excellent place to stay with pets, they have space to tour and they can't go out into the street. Very attentive and friendly host, at all times I felt at home and welcome. The apartment is very comfortable and with the necessary amenities for a short or extended stay. The safe and good area to walk around.

Perfect beach house for a vacation, 5mins walk to the beach, fresh breeze from the sea, quiet and safe area, functional kitchen. Full of fresh wind, in every room and amazing rooftop and pool - private access. Great internet for working as well. I love my stay! Kim is an amazing and sweet lady, she prepared coffee and some snack for me, drove me to progresso for withdrawing cash and recommended driver. She shares her passion for art and made me beautiful gift on my departure. My ❤️ is blowed away with her kindness and hospitality. I enjoyed great conversations with Kim. Highly recommend.

The house was just as described, clean, inviting, beautifully decorated and comfortable, bedding and bed were very comfortable, excellent linens, kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, purified water was plentiful, all toiletries were stocked and full. The pool area is clean and inviting, pool is private, house is quiet from street noise. Very walkable neighborhood with cafes, bars and shopping, house manual has excellent recommendations. The management company is fantastic, we were given a free mid stay clean during our visit, they were efficient and very professional. I would absolutely recommend staying here and look forward to returning in the future.

This charming apartment in Centro felt very authentic. The place has a high ceiling and original Mexican floors, which are very nice. The backyard has a hammock, perfect for siestas.
