Delizioso appartamento arredato con cura, in stile etnico, provvisto di ogni comfort, in un casolare appena ristrutturato secondo i principi della bioedilizia, immerso nella macchia mediterranea del più bel versante dell'isola d'Elba, con vista mozzafiato sull'arcipelago toscano e sulla Corsica, a 250 m sul livello del mare, dominante la spiaggia di Cavoli. L'appartamento è composto di soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano-letto per due persone, camera matrimoniale e bagno con doccia e ampio spazio esterno attrezzato per pranzare e prendere il sole. Il luogo è raggiungibile con una strada sterrata di 2,5 km dal paesino di San Piero in Campo (fin dove arrivano i mezzi pubblici), distante pochi minuti di macchina dalle spiagge più incantevoli dell'isola (Cavoli, Seccheto, Fetovaia) e dal centro turistico e commerciale di Marina di Campo. E' consigliabile disporre di un mezzo proprio. La casa è immersa nella tipica macchia mediterranea alternata a grandi e suggestive scogliere di granito. Il grande giardino è recintato, contiene un orto e un uliveto. Non vi sono altre abitazioni nei dintorni. Intorno alla località si snodano i più suggestivi sentieri per gli amanti del trekking e della mountain bike. Ideale per chi è in cerca di silenzio, relax, aria pura, e ama la natura e i luoghi un pò speciali. I padroni di casa potranno aiutarvi per ogni evenienza e perplessità. The apartment has a living room with kitchenette and divan bed for two persons,a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and a large outside patio for eating and sunbathing. You can reach the place through a 2,5 Km dirt road from San Piero in Campo,where pubblic transport ends,and from where ,in few minutes by car you can get to the best beaches of the island (Cavoli,Seccheto,Fetovaia etc.),and to the touristic and service centre of Marina di Campo. It's better to have your own car or motorbike(you can rent it anywhere on the island). The house is surrounded by the typical mediterranean bush scattered with huge granite cliffs. The large garden has an olive grove and a vegetable garden. The place is secluded and there are no other houses in the surroundings. It's an ideal place for trekking and mountain biking and lovers of relax,peace,nature and special places. Your host are ready to help for any need and request.

LA BOUGANVILLE is a delightful seaside house 5 minutes' walk from the crystal clear sea of Chiessi, a typical village on the west side of the island. Tastefully furnished in white, blue and light blue tones, it is in a quiet area, surrounded by a lovely garden. Developed on 2 floors, it has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea on Corsica and Pianosa. Inside are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with kitchen-dining room, and a loft with sofa bed. Outside there are various shaded spaces, a shower and covered parking.

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

The apartment located in Portoferraio is located in a quiet residential area located in a strategic position that is about 400 meters from the historic center, about 450 meters from Ghiaie beach and about 200 meters from the port of Portoferraio. It is easily accessible on foot from the ferry landing. There is free parking in the vicinity. The apartment is spacious and bright with sea view, and has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 balconies and a bathroom.

Through the garden you reach the villa, with a large living room and terrace overlooking the garden towards the sea. In addition to the living room, a sliding door leads to a large fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and access to the furnished terrace. My accommodation is located in the Patresi district of the Municipality of Marciana, western part of the Island of Elba, facing Corsica from the terrace you can admire beautiful panoramic views. You will love my place for these reasons: the location, the outdoor spaces and the views, the reserved parking a few meters from the house. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).
