Arianna’s place is in a quiet area a little out of the chaos in Bologna center. She was very communicative and helpful with recommending lots of good places to eat nearby. She was also very accommodating with my mistake of underbooking by one day and was very gracious and understanding. It was truly top notch hosting.

This is a big, beautiful and clean apartment that's in a great location. The caretakers are incredibly responsive. For reasons that weren't any fault of theirs, I had to contact them more often than I usually would at an Airbnb, but they were always quick, helpful, cheerful and professional. It should be noted that this is a residential building so you will hear the neighbours going about their daily lives and they will probably hear you going about yours. There are comments about the church bells next door, which do ring quite often, but IIRC they remain silent between 8pm and 8am.

Very good stay, multiple rooms and kitchen can be used, and each has windows, can get to the sun, the location is good, 10 minutes walk can almost reach the must-see places of Florence, it is also very close to the station, the host is very clear, there is also an elevator to take it upstairs, impeccable accommodation, next time to Florence will definitely choose here again! Absolutely fabulous apartment in the old town of Verona . Could not have been a better location . We had a wonderful four days exploring this beautiful city . The apartment is spacious ; very clean and comfortable and was perfect for 2 couples . We would come back in a heartbeat.

There is no better place to stay than La Selvatica. It’s my 4th visit and I can’t stop coming back. It’s genuine, inviting, and just such a special place. If you want an authentic Italian experience this is the place.
