The property has a cozy and covered patio and free parking. Inexpensively located in the Inn Valley, there are plenty of excursion destinations in the vicinity, e.g. the pilgrimage town of Altötting (5 km), Burghausen Castle (20 km), many lakes (Chiemsee - 30 min. drive) and much more.

Get out of the hustle and bustle - enjoy the sounds of nature on a listed farm in a secluded location, as you walk through the orchard or enjoy the orange-red sunset with a good bottle of wine by the pond. Swimming in the natural pond is possible (at your own risk). A cat has also settled in the yard. He is well taken care of and likes to stop by, so the accommodation is only suitable for guests who do not feel disturbed by this.
