Very spacious house and well appointed. Thank you so much for a wonderful week!

We had a lovely stay with our family over Easter holiday. The room was clean and very spacious, enough for our group of 8 people. There is a small Minimart in common room where you can buy foods/toiletries which is a very good idea. We know that we will never stay hungry. The apartment locates in beautiful area with a lot of activities for a family. The host is friendly and very responsive to our queries.

There were 9 of us in the accommodation. The house is great and offers everything you need. 3 different grills are available (smoker, Weber and open grill bowl). Multiple showers and toilets make it much easier when traveling with a large group. The house has several rooms with 3 or 2 beds. The view of the canal is awesome. I highly recommend booking the place along with the bar. The bar is awesome. Plenty of space, music system, projector, TV, stage, light music and a beer tap are provided. This takes barbecuing in the evening and partying together to a new level:) Right in front of the house there is plenty of free parking available for easily 7-10 cars. Nearby (max 5-10 minutes by car) there are many. Grocery shopping from well-known supermarkets. Michal is a friendly, helpful and a great host. We will be happy to come back! Thank you

Perfect for groups with several people or couples due to many rooms and bathrooms. Communication was smooth over the phone. Kitchen is very well-equipped. All information according to the previously distributed contract - i.e. wood, tourist tax and electricity were charged extra afterwards. Location is perfect for nature lovers, as well as great for children.

The property is very nicely located and offers plenty of space for a large group. The house has been lovingly restored and you feel very comfortable. The quiet and undisturbed location is very nice. Behind the house is the castle park and a hiking trail, as well as a beer garden with playground in summer. Highly recommended for families.

The place was great, even nicer than in the photos. It was very clean and tidy. Bedrooms were lovely. We had someone come by twice a day and heated up. If someone now wonders if there may be any hot water at times or if the accommodation gets cold, I can give an all-clear. It was never cold, we always had hot water ( 13 people, including 4 children). The lady who came to heat up was very friendly and always trying very hard not to stand out. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean. All in all, we were more than thrilled. It couldn't have been better. We really enjoyed the stay and would love to come back at any time. We were in the accommodation with a slightly larger group and therefore had it to ourselves. The common area and kitchen proved perfect for eating together and spending time. The spacious sauna also contributed greatly to the well-being. Due to its location on a country road, the accommodation is easily accessible and still not too noisy. So you can also easily walk into the adjacent nature or drive to the ski resorts. The individual apartments have all surprised us very positively, they are very spacious, have everything you need and are very bright. We would rent the place again any time.

The place was wonderful! We had everything we needed and more. Everything was very clean and pure. The scenery is phenomenal. The cows graze in the wide fields, you have the forests and mountains in the distance. Communication with Simone was quick and friendly. We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation and would be happy to come back!

Quite a spacious house and is very well equipped in terms of furniture, kitchen as well as linen. Great host, very responsive and supportive by providing valuable tips as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and is totally recommended!!

overall we had a wonderful stay, well situated for access to forests for walking and mushroom foraging, comfortable, excellent communication and flexibility from hosts three small niggles were the requirement for an additional deposit to be paid outside of the airbnb platform, foam mattresses, and neighbourhood dogs that failed to respect the nighttime noise curfew

all good,quiet, clean, no issues, dogs loved the place. would recommend

Beautiful quiet location, nice host, very large garden, great pool, shopping and excursion destinations easily accessible by car. The accommodation was exactly as described. We will be happy to come back.

This is our third time staying with Oliver and, as always, super satisfied with both the uncomplicated handling and the house itself, in which we felt at home!

We had the most wonderful time at Vaseks' house. It felt like a little oasis with everything you could need and want. The garden is huge, the view is beautiful and there is everything and more to not worry about anything and take a little break from life. Everything was very clean and there was a lot of room to put our things, like bathroom closets, empty fridge, etc. We didn‘t bring any kids, but it is a kids paradise: a trampoline, games and toys, swings, and so much more, they will not get bored. Communication with Vasek was very easy (not too much, not too little). He gave great recommendations on what to do in the area (walks, hikes , swimming in the river, old castles and shops in town) and helped when we needed it. The atmosphere of the house felt more like staying with family or friends (without actually seeing them) than an airbnb. Highly recommended to anyone!
