Baroque apartment at the Old Town Hall 1

A very special apartment in a dream location overlooking the Bamberg Town Hall, stylishly decorated with antiques. The front building was erected in 1530, and the waterfront building followed in 1640. Originally a half-timbered house that was plastered during the Baroque period in the 17th century. The façade was restored in May 2026 with great attention to detail and now shines again in all its glory next to the town hall. The house was purchased by my grandparents in 1968. Before that, it was a pharmacy for 200 years.

In the small wooden house surrounded by half-timbered houses in the quiet village center, you can relax and enjoy the nature of nearby Franconian Switzerland. The loft-like ecological wooden construction makes the apartment unique. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove. There is also underfloor heating in the bathroom and adjoining room. In the secluded garden area, a sauna, cold water shower with bathtub, sun loungers and dining area are at your disposal. The surroundings entice with numerous outdoor activities.

Our cozy house (about 60 m2) is idyllically located in Schesslitz right at the entrance to the beautiful Burglesau Valley. Here you will find not only a charming accommodation, but also the perfect starting point for hiking, biking or simply relaxing days in nature. In addition to its historic old town, Scheßlitz also offers you all the necessities of daily life. In a few minutes you can reach Bamberg, a UNESCO World Heritage City with a unique flair. We look forward to seeing you!

Quiet and feel-good place in the forest paradise of Straßenhof

Our cozy, light-flooded and modern apartment is located in the countryside exactly between Bamberg and Coburg - two very worthwhile cities in Franconia. Our farm is a real oasis of well-being surrounded by forest and extensive fields. Some lakes are also within walking distance. We have great hiking trails and bike tours in the Hassbergen. An absolute place to arrive and feel good and an ideal starting point for day trips, for example to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bamberg.

Close to nature and Franconian coziness.

Spend relaxing days in a typical Franconian village. Our property is located directly on the outskirts in a quiet but by no means secluded location and is a great starting point for many activities. Ideal for dog owners as we are directly adjacent to fields and meadows. A bakery, butcher and supermarket are almost around the corner and in the village there are inns with good home cooking and home-brewed beer. The Main and quarry lakes in the vicinity provide cooling on hot days.

Experience the sights and places in the surrounding area such as the old town of Bamberg (World Heritage Site), the widely visible Staffelberg, the architectural monuments Vierzehnheiligen and Banz Monastery and last but not least  the Obermaintherme in Bad Staffelstein, Bavaria's warmest and strongest thermal brine. Handtücher, Bettzeug sowie Bademäntel und Hausschuhe sind bereits da. Draußen kannst Du Deinen ersten Kaffee oder den Wein am Abend gemütlich auf dem großen Balkon oder der Terasse genießen.

Newly renovated, modern apartment + bikes

Modern, newly renovated, quiet and fully equipped one-room apartment in a very good location. In addition, I offer two bicycles, which can be used by you free of charge. The bathroom is large and the kitchenette is separated from the sleeping area. On foot it is only about 15 minutes to the old town, you walk relaxed along the river. There is free parking. In the fully equipped kitchenette there are two plates as well as a microwave with baking function.

Welcome to our cozy and newly built apartment "am Apfelbaum" in 2024, a formerly used barn. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen as well as a separate bedroom and bathroom. On foot you are right in the idyllic nature and can discover several hiking trails. Many sights, such as Obermain-Therme, Basilika Vierzehnheiligen, Staffelberg and the World Heritage City of Bamberg are a few minutes' drive away. Shopping in five minutes by car.

Forget your worries – in this spacious and quiet accommodation. The apartment is located in the attic of our house. It has about 100 m² with a covered balcony sufficient for 4 people. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. And it has a large, cozy living and dining area with a modern new fitted kitchen. As well as a 65-inch smart TV. The apartment is located in the Wildensorg district.

The apartment is located in our house with a separate entrance. It was lovingly and comfortably furnished by us. The apartment is 70 square meters and the south terrace is about 35 square meters. The living room has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living and dining area and a bedroom. Location: Zapfendorf is located in the city triangle of Lichtenfels, Coburg and Bayreuth. The A73 is about 1 km away.
