The apartment is on the raised ground floor of a listed villa, has a small hallway, 1 bathroom with tub and washing machine, 1 combined kitchen and living room with a sofa bed and 1 combined living and bedroom with a double bed, a sofa and two armchairs and a TV. This room has a stucco ceiling. There are plank floors and old stone floors everywhere. about 15 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the grocery store, 15 minutes to the old town, 5 minutes to the bus line. 5 minutes to the beach promenade.

The small guest apartment in the basement of our single-family house is located in a preferred location of Stralsund overlooking the Strelasund and the island of Rügen and direct connection to the Baltic Sea Coastal Cycle Route. It is a one-room apartment with bathroom and kitchenette including dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine. The apartment is comfortably furnished and spacious thanks to the fold-away bed that can be folded up during the day. A baby crib is provided upon request.

It stretches over the two top floors just under the red-tile-covered roof of a house built sometime around 1760 over foundations from 1300. The city center is about 2.1 km away, and shopping for everyday needs is very close. For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. Not only two-legged friends but also four-legged friends are welcome here.

The bungalow is lovingly furnished and has one bedroom, a summer kitchen on the terrace and a fireplace. In the garden there is a fireplace for cozy evenings. The port city of Stralsund and the island of Rügen are easily accessible. An ideal starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea.

A cozy self-sufficient construction trailer with solar, fireplace and dry separation toilet on its own meadow with 6 sheep and views of the vastness of Mecklenburg. The sheep do not have to be in your area. On request, they can also be moved to the back meadow. In the meadow is a separate fireplace, seating and outdoor shower. In cold weather, you can shower in our house. For wellness, we have a sauna & hot tub in our garden area. The kitchen is fully equipped.

On an original farm, we have lovingly created a vacation home to dream of. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be! A large garden invites you to linger. In the evening you can sit comfortably by the fire or read a book on the comfortable couch with a glass of wine. From Groß Markow you can explore the surroundings by bike or by car. The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

Kirchstraße Zarrendorf vacation home

For rent is a holiday apartment near Stralsund, city limits 5 km away. The city centre is about 10 km away. In 15 minutes you can be on the island of Rügen by car. The seaside resorts can be reached in about 40 minutes. Arrival by train is also possible (about 5 minutes on foot to the train station). The nearest food discounter is 2.5 km away. Guests can feel at home in two rooms that were renovated in 2016. An opportunity for extra bed is given.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

- Winter break from December 22 to April 5 - The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with dilapidated charm for 2 people located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. I acquired the manor house in Kobrow in 2011 with the aim of reviving and preserving a small piece of our country's cultural heritage. Meanwhile, there are 3 more apartments for guests in the house. Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
